We apologize the socks took longer then you expected and we had a much higher demand then we expected during the Holiday season. We moved our entire staff to production and tried our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. We offered full refunds to anyone who didn't...

want to wait for the products. We no longer use[redacted] and primary focus on our [redacted] and that's all that was. We do have our email on our site and offer all the info about production times and info about us very prominently  under our FAQ section.  
I do apologize and want every customer happy with there experience with us. We can refund one of the pairs you bought or get you a free pair of your choice.

Ordered socks for birthday, no order number was given, no tracking was sent, and no confirmation other than I paid for these and have not been able to call or get a response from my email. Getting frustrated. I could not even look at past history since there is no way to create an account?

Would love for them to answer me.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[This was never about the money...it was about deception and lack of communication.  The way you treated the customer base on freshelites.com during the holiday shopping season was deplorable.  You knew they had no way to complain, as they do on [redacted].  You placed an ad for the biggest sales event of the holiday season.  You could not handle the order volume in time for the holiday but continued to take new orders.  Instead of proactively communicating with affected customers you evaded their repeated emails.  When they searched for alternate means to contact you (your facebook page), and started posting complaints, your[redacted] page suddenly disappeared.  The contact instructions on your freshelites.com website also magically disappeared, while the production time was increased without a date/time stamp.  I see that you have now replaced the contact instructions that you promptly removed when you decided to ignore your freshelites.com customers.  These are evasive business practices that would fall into the category of unethical.  Offering to cancel someone's order after repeatedly ignored attempts to contact you is not customer service.  If you are going to run a business then you need to proactively communicate with your customer base and manage your order volume if it exceeds your known capacity.]Regards,[redacted]

I have reviewed...

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I would like a trackng number when my order is shipped. I would like to receive all of my items as described with the order being shipped by Jan 13, 2017 as stated by the business.  At this point it is now over 5 weeks since I placed the order.

The item is not at all what they advertise. The socks were not printed on official Nike socks like they state on their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Just got my order for hats and am so HAPPY! We ordered for a bachelorette party this weekend and they look so good. We ordered them for my friends trip to Vegas this weekend and can't wait to give them to the other girls because these are so freaking cool! We got all black hats and one white hat for the Bride❤️ lol!

Wish they had more colors for the hats though her wedding color is lilac and we wanted to it to match the bridesmaid dresses but we went with black instead which will still be great. Also why are they called Dad Hats? We all just thought they hats lol... Quality of the hats were very good was impressed.

Thanks for the great hats and now the groomsmen want to copy us and get socks for the wedding too.

All my son wanted for his Birthday was these socks lol! So I placed the order for the 4 pairs I thought he would like best. They came in 5 days before his birthday and was so EXCITED! Then I realized that like a fool I ordered the wrong size and his birthday was so close by. So I contacted them and explained what had happened and they saved the day!

They were nice enough to rush the new order and upgraded the shipping to priority and they came in the day before his birthday. SO Amazing and really saved my butt! I would of felt like such a it if they didn't save me with the replacements. I will be a forever customer now too because customer service like that.

On a side note my son got a gift card from his Aunt and his Grandma for his birthday because I guess he told everyone he wanted the same thing lol! So we just placed a new order and he can not wait to get them. He will have quite the collection after this and his graduation next month. Perfect for Summer ☀️

My daughter ADORES these socks...they are in addition to another similar pair.. They fit true to size..My Daughters wears an 8-8.5 women and we ordered the medium ...they fit great. We wash them with a another pair because she loves them so much she wears them the day they come out of the wash. Her friends have ordered some too..they're all the hit now. I toss them in the washer on cold.. and the dryer..they haven't shrunk much, if at all..and they are much softer.

I ordered these for my 11 year old. I was worried about sizing due to some of the reviews but I can say on the sizing they are totally fine even after 3 washings. They are very soft like the Nike Elites you buy in stores. They are awesome to have and since they are fun my kids love them.

Ordered a pair Mordecai and Rigby socks for my son for Christmas.. finally get them. Only to find out the Nike logo is printed right on top of Mordecai‘s face. There’s nothing but black lines running through the back of the socks. Great job fresh elite

These fit for my 9 year old son perfectly, I went with the size S/M and was unsure because he giant feet and we are a size 8 mens lol. I wasnt sure what size would fit him before I purchased. My son loves so much wearing them, his grandma is going to get him a pair for Valentines Day. I would for sure go true to size though even though there site says go a size down.

These socks are great perfect thickness for basketball socks and my daughter loves that they match his jersey. Would recommend this for any basketball player. I wish they made them in a baseball sock as well or soccer for my son as he would like them too. I think they only offer basketball

Recieved a conf. number 12.4.17 and have not recieved my socks...very disappointed grand child...very mad customer...going to charge it back...

These socks are absolutely FANTASTIC. I got them for the holiday. I have many pairs of colorful socks. I would recommend going a size down, they would be perfect size if not for that.

Great socks, given as a gift and loved by the recipient. If the price was a bit cheaper I would own so many more pairs. Great, nice quality and perfect, clear image.with vibrant colors, just as pictured.

My 12 year old son loved these!

Just got my order for some sleeves. They are great except I think my arm is too skinny lol. I ordered the L/XL because thats what I thought was my size but after one wash it fits great lol. The colors look good I got a space print one and it looks so great.

I am wearing them to my rec basketball game next week and the colors fit perfectly with our uniforms. I am going to order another so I can have dual arm sleeves. Next will be socks to match AHhahaha, I will then be a perfect space man lol.

I coach youth basketball and I ordered 12 pairs of matching purple lighting bolt socks for my team. I was in a pinch and needed them for our upcoming season and these guys delivered. I contacted them before the order and they helped me get them in time. The kids were thrilled! It was a surprise at the first game and they were so pumped! I was so happy this all worked out.

I am going to order again for summer league for sure because this was great! Thanks guys. Also I need to get some socks to match these kids. I am size 15 though and I don't think you carry a size that big lol. Maybe a special order for me or something.

I have ordered two pairs of socks over a month ago and only received order confirmation nothing else. I tried calling a number that someone posted online but it just goes to voice mail. Super frustrating.
