Frey is an Absolute Scam
As many others have said, the one dollar sample is a tactic to obtain credit card numbers. Frey scams people by signing them up for subscriptions they do not want. They won’t cancel the sale, claiming it’s too late by the time the charge appears on your statement. It’s practically impossible to get a refund or cancel the subscription, and customer service is very rude. Frey laundry rips off customers, they know they rip off customers, and they fight like hell to hang on to your money. What kind of business has to trick people into buying their products and then fights this hard to force you to keep them?

I love their products. However, twice recently I have received e-mails stating either my order was being processed ($164), which I promptly cancelled, or that my order would shortly be processed. I had removed everything I had previously purchased after the first e-mail so that there would be nothing to attempt to process as an order in the future. Despite this, the second e-mail arrived about another order. This needs to stop. I have sent e-mails to them and did receive a response and refund, but they keep trying to send me product which I did not order.

I would give this company 0 stars! Frey, offered a free sample with 1.00 shipping, then I was charged 66.00 for items I did not order. I sent an email informing them I had no intention of starting automatic shipments on something I've never even tried. I was told shipment was already on the way. I let them know I wanted to cancel! Just received an email that another shipment was on the way and they've charged my card another 66.00! I signed in to my account and it shows the charges and that the orders were both unfulfilled. I tried to cancel on the account and none of those options work!

This company stole my credit card info and charged me for something I never ordered
I signed up with Frey around September 2019 I ended up canceling the subscription a month later, I have the email that confirms my plan had been cancelled, 10 months later I get a package from Frey and my checking account was charged $45 and another $30 overdraft fee, mind you a subscription with them is sent out every 2 months, I contacted Frey they claim I don't have any account with them, I send them the email that confirms my cancellation, 2 hours later they send me a message stating I reactivated the subscription 2 days after I cancelled it, I definitely never did that, I also deleted my credit card card information the same day I cancelled back In October 2019 but yet they still managed to have my credit card info, they charged me for something that I never agreed to, I sent them 5 emails asking for a return label so I can send it back and get refunded but all I received was 12 emails saying my plan was cancelled still no return label, they are playing games, they are scam artist and need to be shut down

I want my $45 back and the overdraft fee of $30 they caused for stealing my credit card info and charging my bank account without my consent

They advertise "free samples, you just pay $1 for shipping." They take your $1, send you nothing, then charge you $66 a few months later. It's fraud.
They used paid advertising on Instagram and Facebook to advertise a fake "free sample" promotion, then used the information to fraudulently bill thousands of victims for a "subscription" they never signed up for, after never sending them the product they already paid for.

This is a very clear example of fraud and false advertising.

Desired Outcome

EVERYONE needs to be refunded. You can't build your business model on stealing people's credit card information by using a fake advertisement, then charging them huge amounts of money for stuff they never ordered and don't want. EVERYONE Frey did this to needs to be refunded IMMEDIATELY.

From prior complaint company refuses to remove me from mailing lists. Have contacted only to be brushed off after getting sms ads.
Previously I filed a complaint against Frey for automatically enrollment into their subscription service as part of the complaint at the time I asked to be removed from all mailing lists. While the emails have stopped the sms ads have continued. Messages on April 15,2020 and July 15,2020 prompted me to email Frey and insist on being removed from their list, their response was vague not addressing the issue nor acknowledged the very issue. Today July 22, 2020 I received another sms message contacting Frey again feels pointless as they will just continue to ignore my requests.

Desired Outcome

Removal of my email, mailing, and cellphone data from their servers as well as a guarantee to not be contacted by them again.

10 weeks later, my order still has not shipped.
I placed an order on April 21st and was charged the same day. On May 12th, I contacted customer support in hopes they could provide an estimated ship date, but was told that they could not predict when the order might ship. The next day, I was given a roughly 10 percent refund for the purchase price and thanked for my patience. As of today (July 8) the order still has not shipped.

Desired Outcome

I would like the order delivered in a timely matter or a refund for the full purchase price.

This Company should be in jail.
I truly cant. This is, now my 3rd? Nightmare with this company. Obviously, I didn't look here before a ?"Harmless" *** order. One order. Not only did I try to cancel, multiple times! They then charged my same cc for an "order". Never placed it. Account was supposed to cancel. Now (10 minutes ago) I see they have, yet again hit my account! I'm speechless. I deleted my account after the first nightmare. Omgosh!! THEY should be in prison.

Immediate! REVERSAL of the pending charge of 60+$. I'm not waiting...AGAIN for their "credit process"!

Free samples are not free
How do they sleep at night thousands and thousands of innocent people charged 4 full size products when all we wanted was simply the free sample now with three overdraft charges in my account I can't get my kids medicine

3 overdraft charges of $32 each and $68 refund for order I will not get for another 5 weeks. Their shipping is by slow boat

I'd give less if I could. I had a full body reaction to their body wash and they will not provide the ingredients.

They also sign you up for auto shipments without your authorization.

Placed an order 45 days ago, have not recieved it
I placed an order45 days ago. Order# ***. I have not recieved my order nor has my order been processed. Customer service has no answer at all as to where my order is or what is happening with it. I purchased this order complete with 2 day air shipping.

I want my product delivered immediately. I selected 2 day air shipping with my order. It has been 45 days. I want my order immediately.

This is literally the worst company ever. I knew they had an automatic subscription, so I made sure to go online and adjust my subscription order BEFORE it was completed because I only wanted the body wash ($18) not the entire body kit. I was charged $56 anyway for the entire kit, so I requested the whole order be canceled. A month later I was told the refund didn't go through and they would be issuing another refund. I woke up this morning with ANOTHER $56 TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT! All they have done is try to take my money and instead of making things right, they make things worse. I hope no one else makes the mistake of trusting this horrible company with your account info.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY.
The worst customer service. Frey is in no hurry to send customers product, nor do they respond to much of anything- if they do don't expect much detail. It's been 2 weeks since I've ordered. My account still shows my package hasn't been sent, and now looking at the order it says it won't ship for another 18 days. KEEP YOUR MONEY! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I have not received my products that I paid for.
I ordered some samples months ago. I was unaware it was a subscription. I reached out. They offered me the full products for 33.00 instead of 66.00. I happily obliged. My card was charged for the 33.00 back in May. I have not gotten the product. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service and gotten responses that have lead no where.

There is no customer service number and I can only contact through email. There are so many complain of this scam. I am also unable to remove my credit card from their website. I am so upset by this. Ordered product in May,was billed, payment cleared bank, no shipping info to date.
Ok,so on May 27,2020 I ordered the laundry package, here is the order number # ***. I was billed and it was paid on May 28,2020. I have already checked the bank. According to my order it was 2 day shipping. Due to the virus I was willing to accept a few days late. However,it has been 16 business days, 3 business weeks since my order was PAID for and you still haven't shipped.

Company uses free sample to autosubscribe customers to every product they sell
I requested one free sample of one product from Frey for the cost of shipping and the company autosubscribed me to purchase every product that they sell for a total of $108.

I want a full refund and I want them to stop this scam autosubscription business practice.

They automatically signed me up for a subscription when I ordered free samples and charged my credit card for $66 worth of product that I didn't want.
I had ordered free samples of body wash and paid for the shipping. I was not aware that this meant that I was automatically enrolled in their subscription service. I did receive the samples and my credit card was charged $66 just days later before I had even had a chance to try the samples. Cancelling the subscription was tedious as I had to do it for each item individually and give a reason for the cancellation. Their website would not allow me to remove my credit card information that was stored there, which is a security risk. My order (the one I did not place) said it was "unfulfilled," but their website gave no way to cancel it. They do not have a phone number on their website for customer service, so I sent an email telling them to cancel the order and remove my card from their website. I also went to their Facebook page and messaged them. Someone did respond within minutes explaining that I had signed up for the subscription when I ordered the samples. I said that I only ordered samples, nothing else, and why would I want $66 worth of product that I had not even had time to try yet? They at first offered me a 50% discount if I still wanted the order. I told them to cancel it. They confirmed that my subscription was cancelled and agreed to cancel the order and refund my money, They said it could take up to 10 days to see it reflected on my credit card account, so I will wait for that. They did say that they would remove my credit card information from their website.

It doesn't make sense to automatically ship product to a customer assuming that they want more after trying a free sample. They should be given the choice whether or not to order more and to do so on their own timing, not automatically be charged and shipped to them.

Good product, bad customer focus...wow bad, OMG bad, REALLY? bad, bad, bad. I'm on the subscription service...it's now officially been MONTHS since I received the message the my second round of items were shipping despite the "7 days delay due to COVID." Delay = fine = worldwide pandemic. Two month delay with "it's on the way to ship!" messages? Not cool, esp. when it's not the first time it's happened, either (a pre-pandemic order was weirdly delayed by weeks n' weeks, too. That time the excuse was that they'd been so slammed by last year's Black Friday (!) sale that they were behind. Uh, okay?). The sole CS rep (Larry) is very nice, can't imagine the nightmare of unhappy humans he has to wade through daily. They have a good product and lots of targeted marketing, but you won't get the product in days or weeks....more like months.
