Ordered free sample product a month ago paid for the shipping and that was it. they save your credit card and sign you up for a auto subscription. Samples were ordered right after Thanksgiving and they started an auto subscription dec 26. I did to sign up for a subscription just a free sample order. They charged credit card 42 dollars on an auto send every 3 months for a pricey pakage.#*** was the order number they gave me. They don't have an account number listed for me only my name under account. *** and my address. They do not give any phone number to contact them and review order. They only provide a contact form. No where on there main pages do they tell you anything about a subscription service. This is a shady company.

Desired Outcome

Cancel me from there service, cancell my account, do not store my info. Do not send me their product.

They've taken over a month to ship products to multiple customers including me. They won't respond, give reasons, or even refunds.
Several people ordered on Black Friday. I personally ordered November 29. Now it's December 28 and they've yet to give any reason for the delay. Their customer service is automated and you get the same generic response from any contact made. They won't offer a refund or any indication if ill ever receive my order. This is wrong on so many levels and no one is doing anything about it. They just made shipping labels and blame it on the postal service.

I'd really like my products delivered and I feel that as a consumer should be told why they've lied to multiple customers including myself. A refund should be given and they should still give the products. You shouldn't be able to legally advertise a product, collect money, and never ship the product. Isn't that fraud?

Yes, products may smell nice. But it's not worth the headaches from the so called customer service when shipping &/or account issues happen...oh, and they will more than likely happen. I've made the mistake of giving them a 2nd chance...ordered Dec 17..its now Jan 2nd, still waiting on my so called 2 day shipping/get it to you before Christmas order. My order sat in "pre shipping" for 9 days with a tracking number...just an FYI.

payment was taken 11/29 but order not shipped until over 2 weeks later. Upon receipt I find the order was wrong and missing item. No number to call.
Order was placed 11/29 and payment was taken yet order wasn't shipped until over 2 weeks later with little to no communication as to when it would ship. Upon receiving order I find the order is wrong and missing an expensive item. Order was for a Christmas gift . The only way to contact anyone is via email but after sending three emails nobody has yet confirmed that my missing item will be shipped to me express mail to arrive by Christmas. Customer service is slow to respond and there is no tel. Number to call.

Frey using deceptive marketing to offer a "free sample" that auto enrolls customer into a perpetual subscription. Charging without shipping products.
Frey offered a "free sample" offer via Instagram where the only charge is $1 for shipping.

I did not received samples until after I was charged $42 on 12/3. I have no communication or information for what I am being charged for. Frey reports I have no account via their website.

This group withdrew the money from my account. They did not send me a tracking number, they did not send me my product.
On 12/2/2019 I ordered product. on 12/2 they withdrew the money from my account. They communicated they would send a tracking number in the next 24-48 hours. As of today, nothing. Since 12/4 I have emailed them 3 times. Each time I get a "form email" that communicates to use their website for questions. FAQ's. Never have I received an answer to when I will get my product, tracking number, anything. One of my emails asks for a phone number so that I may discuss this with someone. There is no phone number AT ALL on their website. There is no human contact at all with this company. I have not ever got in contact with anyone about the money they took from me.

I closed my FREY account and was refunded for fraudulent charges back in october...and now they've charged me again, on a closed account!

I ordered a free sample, then they charged me almost $50 for a subscription I never asked for. Went to site to cancel subscription and there is no option to do so. No option to contact customer support by phone for immediate resolution. My bank account was overdrafted and on top of the almost $50 I was charged I now owe $35 overdraft fee! I'm on a tight budget and now short for my December rent which I will be charged for as well!

I signed up for samples ONLY and they put me on a subscription.
I saw an add for free samples of Frey's laundry products on *** the charge was only a dollar to cover shipping. After entering my info and giving them my credit card info to charge me a dollar, immediately after clicking order a prompt came up that I was subscribed to automatic shipments of their products. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THEM, I signed up for the samples only. I didn't take a screenshot, but I should have. I immediately emailed them at least 3 times and notified them that I wanted my account deleted immediately and that I would be contacting authorities about this scam. This is blatant fraud! Please investigate this company, thank you.

I would like to see this so called company investigated. They are running a scam on *** and *** seems to care about the advertising dollars they receive far more than they do keeping *** users safe. This is blatant fraud.

I received a FREE sample of Frey laundry detergent about a week ago. On 11/18/19, my debit card was charged for $42 for a subscription that I did NOT authorize. The FREE sample was mailed from XXXXX *** XXXXX. I have called my bank to stop payment. Frey phone numbers do not work! No customer service available. Very very dishonest, shady company!!

I cancelled this account in October and yet I was charged $42 again!
My son signed up for this through a game. When the sample was delievered we discovered I'm allergic to the scent otherwise I'd have let him keep it so I emailed to have my account cancelled, the man assured me my account was cancelled yet on 11/1 I was charged $42 and shipped detergent. I did not authorize this as I cancelled this account. There is no way to call the, it's all email that takes weeks for them to respond. They are a very fraudulent company because they make sure you cannot cancel your account nor do they offer any guarantee that the account has been cancelled. I have been emailing, and reaching them on social media in attempts to get my money back and I've received nothing. I've included a copy of our email correspondence n August of me asking them to cancel this account and yet they still charged me.

Signed up for a free sample and paid 1 dollar. Found out today that my debit card was charged 42 dollars for a subscription I never wanted . This is bad business . They have no legit phone numbers to contact them as well.

They changed my subscription and charged me without consent
I ordered a free sample. They automatically sign you up for a subscription every 3 months after you receive the sample. I signed in and tried to cancel my subscription. The site would not allow me to click on that link. So I changed my account to reflect that instead of 1 of each product I would receive 0 of each product with a subtotal of $0. I double checked to make sure the changes had been saved. I also changed my rate of shipping from every 3 months to every 6 years. The next shipment of 0 products at $0 was to be billed in 2025. The next month they billed my card and sent out the original subscription. The company has recently changed platforms and states that you should check your email to reactivate your account which I never did. They charged $42 to my bank that I did not have to spare and are not handling my refund immediately. Instead they are trying to offer me 40% off and are assuming I did not realize I was entering into a subscription with them when I ordered the sample product.

This company has shady billing tactics, doesn't tell you they are enrolling you in a subscription. They use a fake address and phone # on their mail.
On July 5th 2019 I ordered detergent from this company for $18.03. There was nothing on the page that said I was enrolled in a subscription plan. July 23rd 2019 I see a charge for $42.30 on my card and they have auto-enrolled me in a subscription I did not sign up for. I live alone, why on earth would I ever need that much detergent? On the package they sent they used a fake address and telephone number. The address was from *** and the phone number was from ***. None of the contact info could be traced back to Frey. Hardly any legitimate contact info on Google could be found for Frey except an email. When I emailed my complaint, "Scott ***" sent back phony screen shots claiming I knew I was enrolling in a subscription. This is 100% false. Furthermore, this detergent claims to be all natural but I have realized it is what's been making me itch.

Refund my money immediately and do not contact me any further. I want nothing else to do with this scammy company and I am not waiting for "Scott ***" to send me more information, as I do not believe this company is legitimate.

Company provides no way to cancel subscription
After signing up for a sample of Frey's laundry products, I tried to cancel the forced subscription associated with the sample. First, the company had changed its marketplace platform and did not recognize my account despite just recently placing the order for the sample. After multiple unanswered complaints, I was invited to activate my account. Upon activation, I immediately looked to cancel the subscription. Every attempt to cancel was met with an error message: "Error - Something went wrong." There was no explanation of the error, nor was there a solution. Again, I've submitted numerous inquiries about my issues via multiple platforms, only to have them unanswered.

Company finally ended subscription.

Frey deceptively locks you into a subscription service without telling you first.
On Friday July 26,2019 I saw an offer for a free sample of frey detergent for a $1.00 shipping fee . What they don't tell you is that they use they use your bank information from the shipping fee too access $47 every three months for detergent. When you try to cancel the account the link for canceling has an error message. I have emailed the company five times now to cancel with no response.

I canceled my subscription to FREY and despite that I was charged twice on the same day. They won't redund me.
On 7/10/19 I canceled my subscription to FREY. They charged me twice on 7/18/19 amounting to over $80 for both charges. I messaged them and told them that this mistake was made and I was told I would only be able to receive 40% refund.
