Signed up for $1 sample never received sample then automatically charged for $98 subscription that I was unaware I was signing up for.

Purchased the$1 product trial. Never recieved, I apparently inadvertently signed up for a subscription and they charged my card $98. No response when contacted. Still have yet to receive sample or products after about 3 weeks. Everytime I email since only way to contact I get an automated response exactly worded the same as the last. I even sent emails prior to card being charged to cancel. No response card was charged $98. Nowhere, when I purchased the sample, did I see that they were going to sign me up for a recurring subscription and automatically charge me for an entire shipment I didn't order or even pick out.I hadn't even recieved the sample to know if I will even like the product.

Continuing to take people's money and orders even with months of backlogged unfilled orders dating 2-2.5 months
Original order placed on 04/09/20 (order ***) totaling $131. On 04/20/20 I received a package with empty bottles, broken packaging, and incorrect products. Out of 9 items ordered only 1 item was not empty/broken/incorrect. I contacted Frey, via Facebook messenger, on the day I received it and sent video of the damaged products as proof. I was assured that they would send out my correct replacement order in the next few days. I continued to ask customer service when my products were going to be shipped for the next 6 weeks and was told every time that they would be sent "at the end of the week". Now at 8 weeks from original order they said they aren't sure when they would be able to fulfill the order. On 05/09/20 I was charged $214 for a subscription that I supposedly signed up for (I did not) even though they still not sent my package from the month before. On 05/18/2020, after numerous failed attempts to contact customer service, I left comments on their Facebook ads publicly asking them to respond and give me my money back. That same day the cofounder messaged me via fb to apologize and assure me that my order would be sent by the end of the week. It has been 3 weeks since the cofounder assured me my order would be sent and I was just told by another customer service agent (who I was only able to reach by once again by publicly commenting on their fb ads) that they are unsure when orders will be fulfilled. I have requested a refund as of 06/05/2020. The company is continuing to take orders and people's money even though there are months of unfulfilled orders from, as far as I know, 8 weeks ago.

I ordered a free sample on April 2nd 2020. On may 2nd 2020 I was charged $42.00 for a subscription. I messaged customer services immediately their response was when I receive the order I can return it for 1/2 a refund. It is now june 6th the items have still not shipped and they will only refund 1/2 my money back. How can they keep money for nothing? I cant return something I have not received.

I would like a full refund of the charges because I never received a product at all. I would also like for this company to not be able to charge until the item is ready to be shipped... hidden subscriptions is not good business.

Product ordered over a month ago and still have not received it.
I have purchased from this company in the past with no issues. I ordered April 29, 2020 and as of June 7, 2020 I still have not received my product even though my card was charged. I have been in contact with customer service (which is in the Philippines) several times; the last time asking for a refund. I was told that wasn't possible because my order had been "released" and I should be getting my purchase any day. I feel like I'm given a blanket statement and sent a "screen shot" of my order status that is probably not really my order status at all. I just want a refund at this point, and will not be purchasing from them again.

Ordered products in the amount of $31.65 on April 8,2020. Never received any products. I was charged another $42.00 on 4/30/2020 I did not authorize.
Placed order with Frey on or about 4/8/2020 in the amount of $31.65. My debit card was charged that same day. I received several fake emails saying my order was being processed. I never received any products and have tried to email and call the company to get a refund to no avail. On April 30, 2020 my debit card was charged another $42.00 which I in no way authorized. This company has now charged me $73.65 for a bottle of laundry detergent which I have never received.

on may 3, 2020 my credit card was charged $53.00 for their product and was listed as having 2 day shipping via fedex. as I am typing this on may 12, 2020 there has been no package or email stating anything from delay in order, canceled order, etc. the company will not respond to my emails for a refund and to cancel my subscription. the order number I last received was #frey30824. if I try to cancel the subscription, the page will say "customer not found." i've received damaged items in the past and they will not do anything about it in regards to correct the issue.

I placed an order for the Frey products on 4/25/2020. I still have not received items or a valid tracking number.
On 4/25/2020 I placed an order for free and purchased items from Frey. On the original order form it said delivery will be in 7-10 days, so I waited, I did get one update on 5/1/2020 that with things (Covid19) they are rushing to get items shipped. On May 13, 2020 I emailed the company a second time requesting either a valid tracking number or just cancel my order and refund my money back to the original payment used. On May 14, 2020 Frey contacted with an refund of $6.40, no explanation, NOTHING. I paid $42.75 with a 10% discount. Nothing else.... at this point I want my refund back and I still have NOT heard anything else from Frey and I have NOT received my items.

Purchased a product sample kit for $1. By the time I actually got the items, over two weeks later, it had a card enclosed with it saying that my subscription will automatically ship 18 days after my sample order was placed. One day later they charged my card without my authorization for $66 worth of products I didn't agree to purchase.

Nowhere, when I purchased the sample, did I see that they were going to sign me up for a recurring subscription and automatically charge me for an entire shipment I didn't order or even pick out.

When I tried to call and leave a message, no one returned the call. No response when contacted through email either.

I'm currently going through the arduous process of disputing the charge with my bank.

I hadn't even had the time to actually try the samples yet. Talk about shady business practices.

On May 4th and May 7th of this year, 2020, I email the company and asked for a refund and to cancel any further charges as I have not ordered anything. They have not responded nor have they taken the $42 charge off of my account.

Frey has charged for an order that I never received. They also gave away info to a company that also charged me and didn't deliver anything.
I placed an order with Frey on April 27th for which I was immediately charged $54.90. No product was delivered. On May 6th they gave my information to another company called Shop. Shop proceeded to charge me $57. Still no, delivery. Shop seems like a scam there is zero customer service and no way to get help. I was billed a $66 charge to my debit card AFTER cancelling a recurring subscription. No effort to fully refund me was made.
After clearly submitting a cancellation form for recurring product subscription, I was then charged a $66 amount. After attempts to find a resolution to this problem, customer service stopped replying to my emails.

From website (frey.com) it offers customers to "get started for free", so was interested but had to pay $1 for shipping and randomly $66.
On April 12, 2020 I ordered the "free" frey product from frey.com and was unhappy Because it wasn't what I expected. So I cancelled the subscription I've subscribed to before April 30, 2020(the day I was charged)and was charged $66.00. After being charged I've went on the website help page and and after trying to get in touch several times unfortunately I've still have not gotten a reply.

04/06/2020 - sent email requested estimated shipping date
04/08/2020 - received email saying it would ship soon (no date given)
04/10/2020 - checked website - ship date was 4/17/2020
04/17/2020 - followed up on delivery date. Still had not shipped
04/22/2020 - product has still not shipped. Requested refund
4/23/2020 - refund refused due to shipping label being created. The shipping label was created immediately after I ordered but they still will not send product.

Frey does not list product size, price per ounce, or ingredients on its website.
Frey does not list the size if their product on its website. Product pages do not show price per ounce. Also no where on the product info page or in the FAQ does it list ingredients. This is deceptive advertising as the website lists all natural products.

I reached out to their customer service department and only got a generic response.

a fraudulent purchase was made on my card for laundry detergent and they will not return. This has been going on since February. Parcel is unopened
I noticed a charge for $42 of laundry detergent which no human being would consent to. I contacted the business to notify them this mistake was made and they chose not to respond until after the return window and then claim I waited to long to deal with the issue when I submitted my request before the package even arrived to my home. They also had emails come to me saying "how was your recent interaction with representative" which no one ever reached out. Those emails came to my inbox. No emails went to spam they have their correspondence directed to peoples sent box so they don't see them in time as well. There is a lot of bad going on here and I know I'm not alone. This is $42 each person and once the damage is done it's done. I gave them a chance to do right by me and they chose not to. I have a gut feeling this is an attempt to launder money or blatantly steal from people and I'm scared how far this will go. Plus as a single parent this is not $ I can afford to lose I just want my $42 back and this to all go away. I have emails and images of everything

I want the business to send me a return label so I can process my return and get the money that is rightfully mine back, and they can have their product back I refuse to open the parcel. It's in brand new unopened condition so there's no concern there.

I have had a similar experience with FREY.I too, asked for free samples which they somehow committed me to a $108 order of their products?! I emailed customer service and stated this was not authorized. They stated with the free samples I agreed to a subscription...I was not aware of this. I go into the account I had made for the fee samples and low and behold, $108 of products charged to me. I informed customer service I wanted to cancel and wanted my money back. They stated they could not fully refund as the products were "in que" and ready to ship. But what they could do is give me a half refund and allow me to try their products, the ones I unknowingly purchased. I agreed. I recieved the refund in my account. I was grouchy that I paid $58 for shampoo and conditioner but lesson learned. Its been a few weeks now and I've not recieved the products. I go online to see what's going on...the order that reportedly was ready to ship, it deemed "unfullfilled". I have another email into customer service. I do not expect to hear back. Stay away from this company, nothing but shady!

They charged my debit card without my authorization and ghosted me.
I ordered a "free sample" from facebook. They said I just needed to pay $1 in shipping. I received the samples but I'm allergic. I didn't think anything of it but I ended up getting a box of full size products on my doorstep and I looked into my account and they charged me and set me up for a subscription service totally unbeknownst to me. I don't even have an account set up with these people. They said it's easy to get ahold of them but theres no phone number and they don't respond to chat or email. They say "Just login" but I can't because I don't have an account. They say "Set one up" but why would I do that with a fraudulent company? I don't know what to do. I looked into my email and they did send me an email but I just assumed it was spam. I opened it up and they have me on what I believe is every 3 months they will charge my card, but it's unclear really. They won't answer any of there modes of communication. I have to order a new debit card and flag them with my bank. They should be shut down. I honestly don't know how people can do stuff like this without going to prison. It's like stealing credit cards, no?
