Fraudulent Automatic Ordering/Charging
Saw an offer online for free shampoo samples and paid $1.00 for shipping on 12/13/2019. On 01/10/2020 I received an email stating I had placed a $66.00 order for a set of body and hair care products -- and order I DID NOT PLACE. I have filed a billing dispute with my credit card company. Researching after the fact I see this is a common problem with this company. This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Hopefully credit card carriers (VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX) will start flagging these transactions.

Refund of the $66.00 fraudulent charges and a discontinuation of the business.

Bought a $1 sample, have now been charged $45 and $15, even after cancelling the shady subscription that I had unknowingly been added to. Scam company
Numerous unanswered emails. Called the only phone number I could find, no returned or answered calls. This company preys on consumers by adding them to a "subscription," but then its next to impossible to cancel! They need to be out of business immediately!

If you want to receive your products that you paid for - DO NOT ORDER FROM FREY. I have been going back and forth with some customer service rep from the Philippines who does nothing but give scripted responses. I was issued a tracking number six weeks ago, yet nothing has been shipped. The only response I get is "thank you for your order, it will ship soon". There is no phone number to contact Frey, the contact form on their website only goes to the company in the Philippines they hired to do all of their customer service, and the same with their email. They have a mailing address in Delaware, but their products ship from Sterling Heights, MI.

If you receive a damaged product, dealing with FREY is even more frustrating. The cap on a bottle of laundry softener wasn't screwed on, and when the package was received the bottle of softener was all over the inside and the box of dryer sheets was soaked and unusable. When FREY was contacted, their only response was basically "sucks to be you". Great products, but horrible shipping and even worse customer service.

This company is charging my card for unauthorized purchases. I have emailed asking to refund the false purchase and stop future false purchases.
How can a company start charging for items which I co Sumer never requested to purchase? Very unethical.

I have the "order number" sent to me for a $50 I did NOT make.

Looking at Revdex.com this company has been scamming others as well.

Refund and remove my credit card / stop all future orders. I WILL NOT be purchasing from a company which falsely orders for me.

I purchased product samples from the company. Today I find they have collected money for an entire order that I did not place.
Purchase date: 12.11.19, price $1 for 3 shampoo samples. Today $66 was charged for multiple products: Shampoo, $20; Conditioner, $20; Body Wash, $16; Deoderant, $10. Even if this was a subscription, I did get samples for body wash or deoderant, and the subscription should have been for more sample sizes. At the very least it was completely misrepresented. However, I believe I have been charged for unauthorized purchases.

The company offers free samples if you pay for shipping then enroll you into a subscriptions service that charges for/ships products without ordering.
I placed an order for a sample item then was auto-enrolled in a subscription plan that force ordered/shipped me over $100 with items that I did not know about. I found the issue upon them charging my bank account. They would not reply to address my issue even though I noticed it before the order was 'fulfilled' or shipped. What they are doing is very deceptive. They force shipped me $108.00 worth of laundry supplies and shampoo items

I think they should be stopped from continuing their deceptive advertising.

Fraudulent debit charge for a subscription I did not agree to.
Ordered a trial size, and was enrolled in a subscription service. There was nothing in the fine print stating this would happen. I was then debited 66.00 for products I don't want, and did not approve. I have emailed them numerous times, and reached out via social media with no response.

trying to reach customer service for a refund but there is no business number and I cant log into account and cancel they say my email is not on file
I made a purchase of 1$ on December 9, 2019. it was trial offer they had going on. now on January 9th, 2020 they charged my card for 66$ for something I had no knowledge about. I've been trying to reach customer service but no response. I tried logging in to account but the email I know I used is now saying my email is not on file. but I know this is the correct one cause I have an email from them when I made the trial offer purchase. If my email is not in their system why is there an account and purchases being made. I make little to no money and that 66$ was bill money that was taken without my knowledge. I need a refund and since I now cant physically cancel my own account with them I now have to get another bank card. please help. their return policy says I can return stuff for a full refund but they are making it impossible to even get intouch with the company.

Tried contacting multiple to,Ed to have a charge taken off my card.
I purchased samples of the 3 new body washes that they came out with for $1, which I authorized. 3 weeks later on December 23 a $66 charge popped up on my card which I did not authorize. I have tried emailing and calling multiple times to get a return label and send back the products (that I didn't want in the first place) and to have my card refunded the $66. I have no order# for this order but my email address is ***@hotmail.com. I also trie logging into the site to cancel my apparent subscription and my account is no longer valid, which according to Frey you need to send an email to them via there portal. Which I have done multiple times with no answer.

I want a refund for the products, if they want them back I have not opened them and they are sitting on a shelf, they can send me a return label.

Debit card charged for a subscription that I did not sign up for nor should I have been signed up for based on their on policies.
I placed a sample order on 12.8.2019 and never received said sample item. Order Number #***. I received a tracking number *** which shows the item was only ever "accepted" in ***. On January 10, 2020 I was charged 66.00 for a subscription that I did not sign up. I reached out and was advised that it was in their fine print that 14 days after the samples were received I was sent an email to confirm the subscription "but it must have gone to your spam." I never received the email b/c I never received the sample pack. I now can't get an email to go through to them to ask for a refund.

I would like for Frey to refund the $66.00 charged to my debit card that should not have been. I would also like for them to deactivate any account that I have with them and send proof that same has been done. I have saved pictures of the emails with Frey and I but I can't get them to upload here, but can provide them.

Ordered from this company on Tuesday and received my order on Thursday. Love the company and their amazing products.

I signed up for samples ONLY and they put me on a subscription. I saw an add for free samples of Frey's laundry products on Facebook and the charge was only a dollar to cover shipping. After entering my info and giving them my credit card info to charge me a dollar only. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. I signed up for the samples only. I immediately emailed them and notified them that I wanted my account deleted immediately and that I would be contacting authorities about this scam. This is fraud! Please investigate this company, thank you.

I want my account deleted and a total refund of the $66.00. I am a single mom of three teenagers and the $66.00 charge also incurred a overdraft fee of $35.00 which I can not afford.

This company tried to charge me for a 45 dollar order. I tried emailing them asking to cancel and was ignored. I was charged another 45 dollars.
This company tried to charge me $45 for an order of laundry supplies. After trying the sample I discovered I am allergic. I tried emailing the company to cancel the subscription and never got anything back. They attempted to charge me for an order, but was notified that I had insufficient funds in my account. I then went on the website and tried to delay the order since they give you no way to cancel and contacting them was apparently useless. After delaying the order until 2021, today I was charged $45 for another order. I emailed twice asking to cancel the order with no response, both on the website and via my email app.

I want to cancel my current order, I would like an immediate refund since I never should have been charged in the first place, and I would like them to take my card off of their files.

Never recieved my sample order and then charged my card $50 without my permission and knowledge
I ordered a sample for $1 and they never sent me the samples after waiting weeks.

A week after that they signed me up for auto shipping, picked out products and charged my credit card without warning.

When I confront them and try to warn others I was blocked and my comments deleted.

I would like a refund as well as over draft fees that they caused in my bank account. I would also like that they delete my credit card info as well as delete my account so there is no further unauthorized uses of my card.

No phone number, they do not respond to emails. I ordered products from them, they charged my card and I have no shipping information from them regarding my order.

Have not received my products that I ordered in November. Have tried contacting multiple times and have been ignored or given no remedy.
On November 29, 2019, I ordered the Personal Care Kit from Frey on their Black Friday sale. I received my order on December 13th and realized that I only received Shampoo and Body Wash. I did not receive the conditioner and deodorant. I contacted them and at this time, received a response promptly apologizing and said they would ship them out as soon as possible. I received the deodorant on December 23 but have still not received the conditioner.

On December 10, 2019, I received an email explaining they had sold out of conditioner and would sent it out, along with an extra gift as soon as they could. I never received an order # as promised.

On December 28, 2019, I sent another message requesting an update on the conditioner. A customer representative named Samantha said "Thank you for getting back to me! The warehouse is working on this and we do not have access to their internal process. But rest assured that we will be sending the product soon." I have still not received even a order confirmation number from them. I have sent them a Facebook message on December 27th and emails on January 2nd, January 5th with no response. There is no number to call and I feel like I am being scammed. I love their products, but waiting over a month for a single product and taking my money without receiving it is not only deceptive, it is just wrong. I hate that I have to send this to you, but I have no other recourse to resolve this. I want and expect my products to arrive when they designate that it will. I understand when mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and taking well over a month and still no progression is unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

I expect at the very minimum, my conditioner in a prompt time frame with an explanation from Frey for why it has taken so long to receive it, but I also believe I should be given a full refund for the products that I received.

Charged for items that were not delivered. It has been since Black Friday since I placed my order with company. They will not respond to my emails.
Purchased 3 items on Black Friday. They promise 2 day shipping and sent 2 of the items 3 weeks later. I inquired about the missing item and they stated it had been sent however then they sent another email stating it would be delayed as they sold out. That's when correspondence stopped from them. It is now January and they will not respond to my customer service emails requesting a refund for the missing item and also to send back the poor quality items they did send. My order number is #*** and I paid $40.25 with my debit Visa card. Order placed and confirmed on 12/3/19.

I'd like a refund on both shampoor and conditioner even though they never sent the conditioner. I'd like to return the shampoo as it's horrible quality. Not what was described on their website. I wish I'd never purchased either.

I ordered product from them on 11/29/19 and still have not received all products ordered. The support email contact has not responded in 15 days.
I made my initial purchase from Frey on their black Friday sale 11/29/19. The product then shipped on 12/10/19, arriving to me on 12/13/19. I reached out to Frey with a detailed message explaining that I only received half of what I ordered. I was asked to provide a photo of what I received and complied with the request. I then was sent a new email stating my missing products were on the way. When I received the tracking info it was only 1 of 2 missing items. They then claimed that they had emailed me stating that 4th item was delayed (which I never received) and it would be sent out in the next few days. That communication was on 12/19/19. It is now 1/3/20 and I have received no additional communication, or tracking information. I again emailed them on 12/28/19 asking why I had not gotten any additional information and have gotten no response.

I am seeking either the product that I ordered, or a refund of the cost of the item. At this point the delay has been long enough that either would be fine. I just want an almost 2 month issue resolved.

I placed my order on 12/1/19. I received an e-mail on 12/2/19 stating my order was shipped. I was charged. I still have not received my items.

I want my items and I think I should get some type of credit for all the hassles I have gone through-being charged, not receiving items for Christmas, not receiving items at all, unanswered e-mails and messages.
