They will continuously charge your card and not respond to emails or messages
Spent $1 to order their sample. They took it upon themselves to sign me up for auto drafts. After they first charged me $42, I went online and inactivated everything. I also emailed them to stop. No response. But everything was inactivated. My account was just charged $42 again, causing an overdraft charge of $30. I've sent several emails and Facebook messages and nobody responds. I will now have to cancel my card and change all my other auto drafts

Desired Outcome

I expect $72 to be refunded to me immediately and for my information to be deleted from their systems permanently

January 10, 2020 I received order confirmation for Frey body care line as part of a subscription I never signed up for, before my cancelation email could get a response I was given a tracking number. The company informed me I would have to return the item for a full refund and provided a return label.

January 17, 2020 order #*** arrived at my home. I printed out the provided label and sent it back on the same day.

January 23 tracking showed delivery of return.

February 6, 2020 still no refund. Emails and contact through social media have gone unanswered.

I am requesting a full refund and following that a full deletion of my account information.

Asked several times in advance to cancel the order, I got a response a week later saying they sent it, they did not.
On February 1st I got an order confirmation and my account charged for something I did not order. It costs $66. I sent several emails with no response. I had said I wanted one of their sets, which they immediately sent, I had told them to cancel the other order, and they sent an email a week later saying they sent it out, I monitored the orders page and they sent it out an hour after they emailed me, saying they already sent it. I believe I was blatantly ignored and charged

An order was placed without my consent. The company does not have a published phone number on their website so the online form was completed and submitted in an attempt to correct this issue. The only response that has been received is an automated message from "The Frey Team" stating they are backed up with emails. I am not getting anywhere with this form of communication and would like to return their product in order to receive my refund.

My complaint is pretty much a carbon copy of the other complaints posted here. I ordered the sample for a dollar and then some time later, boom $42 charge and an email thanking me for my order.

Customer service is non existent and there's no way to cancel the subscription online it only gives you an option to "pause" it indefinitely.

I always check for "tricks" when ordering samples. This was either NOT presented at all or was buried somewhere and not made clear whatsoever. This makes the 2nd time in my life that I've filed a Revdex.com claim, I'm quite careful with things kinds of things, so it should be obvious that this company is either outright scamming people or extremely deceptive.

Full refund, completely cancel any and all subscriptions and remove my account

I canceled my subscription and I received a confirmation email that it was cancelled and they charged my card $66.

If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. A pity, as their product seems nice enough, however, their business practices are dishonest and shady.

On January 14, 2020, I requested a sample of their laundry wash products (2 travel size bottles). I paid $1 for the shipping and the charge was reflected properly on my bank statement.

On February 1, 2020, while doing my online banking, I noticed a pending charge from Frey for $42. I went directly to their website to see if I may have inadvertently signed up for an account and an auto-shipment of their products, as I thought, I had not. Upon entering my email address and then selecting 'forgot my password', I received an error message stating that they did not have an account registered with the email address entered. No account.

Buyer beware, this company will illegally use your payment information, even if you went through the checkout process as a guest without setting up an account and charge you for something you never agreed to.

I highly recommend that everyone speak up regarding similar experiences they have encountered with this company. Speak up on all their social media platforms as well as with the Revdex.com and any other avenues that will shut this business and their shady business practices down.

I wouldn't leave one star if possible. This company tricks people into auto shipments with samples. You don't sign up for an account so when they tell you logon and cancel there is no way to logon and cancel. They dont reply to email request to stop shipments. The products I received smell like mens deodorant and my husband had an allergic reaction to the detergent. Horrible service, horrible products. I also discovered they used fake/ paid accounts on social media for good reviews

Sent items I never requested, and billed for them causing multiple overdrafts on my bank account.
I requested samples of shampoo and conditioner approximately a month ago, and today a charge appeared on my account without having requested the items be shipped to me for shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and another item. The $66 charge for these items overdrafted my account causing 4 additional charges of $35 in my bank account. I did have an account with them where I requested shipment of detergent and dryer sheets but have since canceled and after reading all the complaints fully expect to have issues with that as well. I want my account closed, card permanently removed from their system. I want a full refund and recovery of my overdraft charges caused by Frey sending a fraudulent order.

Attempting to contact to cancel subscription and they ignore all emails and then charge me for the subscription anywa .
I've been attempting to contact them for over a week with multiple emails and [social media] *** messages about wanting to cancel my subscription and they have ignored them all. They then charged me for the subscription.

I ordered shampoo samples from this company. I was then charged $66 for a recurring subscription. This only way to contact them is email and they don'
They don't respond to emails asking to cancel my subscription and that I want a refund. The order number is Order #*** confirmed from the 14th of January. The $66 was charged to my bank account. I did not authorize this charge and I just want to cancel my subscription and get my money back.

I placed an order, paid immediately and received confirmation and tracking. Two hours later the shipper was notified to cancel with no refund issued.
I ordered a laundry care kit as well as a body care kit. Upon completion of my order I paid. This included 2 day shipping per their website. Frey sent confirmation followed very shortly by tracking and a shipping notification. I checked the tracking Two hours later to see that the shipper had notified the shipping company to cancel the order. I then went back to the FREY website for an update and saw that my order was now marked as fulfilled. At that time I reached out via email and got no response, not in spam or regular inbox. Today, the original anticipated arrival date my package was set to arrive. It did not, the website still states fulfilled, the shipping company still states canceled by sender and the funds are still not returned. I reached out again today and was only told via auto reply that emails are backed up or that FREY was not responsible for courier issues. The order was cancelled before a courier was ever in possession by the seller. I was completely content with receiving my purchase. I am not content with paying for items that will not be sent.

I recently purchased laundry detergent from this company and ran into several issues. I ordered on Black Friday and didn't receive my product until well over a month later with little communication from customer service. The company has AWFUL customer service, if you can even call it that. They only method of contacting them is email on their business page, no phone number. Anyway, I finally received my product and it was leaking all over the box and tried to reach out again regarding the matter. Finally able to get a hold of someone (3 days later) and they only refunded me $8. The next couple of days go by and then I noticed a charge on my account for $66 from their company, which I already stated to the gentlemen that email me that I will not be purchasing from the company again. I have tried reaching out at least 5 times via email and Facebook messenger trying to get my money back because I have never placed another order and can not get anyone to respond. They have also deleted my account because it says my email is not valid but they didn't have any issues using it to charge me for whatever the $66 was for. Someone needs to take control of this company before it gets to out of hand. I also need my refund for product I never ordered or received to send back.

Confirmed cancellation over email, but was billed again months later!
When I went online to cancel my subscription, their site said I did not have a current account. I emailed their customer service asking to cancel my account, and they responded confirming the cancellation. Several months later I am being billed for a service I cancelled on an account that is not even active on the site!

Fraudulent and Scammed this Co. took 56.00 out of my bank without authorization

Nothing but problems since day one. I had a subscription for about a year. Every single order had something wrong with it. Missing items, never arrived, late shipping, leaking products, faulty pumps. Customer service is non existent. They dont answer emails. I stuck with it for as long as I did because I liked the product. Not worth the hassle. I canceled and won't ever go back.

sent payment for sample of products. did not know that credit card info was used to sign up for a subscription service. e mailed numerous times with complaint and to cancel subscription but have not heard back from them. there is no phone contact and as stated, they will not respond to notice of complaint or cancellation. I am a disabled veteran and senior citizen and cannot afford the money thay take from my hostage credit card. I have notified credit card company but not sure if they will help or not.

I never received my package after paying for it. No phone number to call for help. No one answered my numerous emails.
I order laundry detergent dec 26 2019. It was supposed to arrive Jan 7 2020. Never received it try contacting fedex they told me to contact sender. I sent three emails no one has responded to any of them. There is no number to call just and email address no one answer too. So they took my money and never have me my product.

Their support confirmed that the detergents do have sulfates and do have artificial fragrance. Yet, all the packaging, web pages, and advertising says otherwise.

Please change the advertising and all the packages for the detergent and remove the claim sulfate free.

Do NOT purchase from this business! Took over a month to send my order of sample products and then when I finally received it they changed my card for a $60+ order that I did not authorize. I emailed them several times to cancel and received no response. Ended up having to report it to my bank to resolve.
