I paid a dollar for shipping on a free sample. The company automatically signed me up for a subscription and charged my account $42.
This company charged my account 42 dollars without my authorization. They made my checking account bounce. I had to cancel my debit card and order a new one. This happened on February 9, 2020.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back.

Free samples are offered if you pay shipping. You are then charged for $66 worth of products.
I immediately canceled my subscription after placing my order for free samples. I figured I would forget so I did it then. They actually sign you up for multiple products and you don't realize at the time you have to cancel them all. $66 dollars later I received mediocre products and was subscribed.

I ordered a sample of the products online. Several weeks later I never received the sample. I received a notification that my order would be shipped to me shortly. I assumed it was the sample I ordered a sample of the products online. Several weeks later I never received a bill for products I did not order and I never received the products or the sample. I emailed their customer service and ask them to cancel everything and just refund me my money. Here it is now two or three months later and I'm still receiving billing ....

I would like all the money that was taken from my card return. I have none of the product so there should not be anything I should have to return to them.

Unable to cancel account. No response to emails. Unable to login at their website.
Have tried numerous times to cancel this account. Cannot login to do so, keep receiving error messages when I try to change my password to get in. No response to repeat emails. Continue to bill my credit card.

I signed up for a free sample of their laundry detergent a month ago, with only 1.00 shipping cost. My card was just hit for 42.00 without my consent.

I put a block on my card, so hopefully the pending transaction will not go through. If I noticed it too late I want a full refund and I wanted to file a report as I'm sure many others have been scammed in this way.

I ordered a sample from them, never got it, and then got an email saying an order I did not place for $108 was confirmed.
I signed up to get a free sample plus one dollar shipping. There were no options for subscriptions at the time. I never did get the sample, but I got an email from them 'confirming' they had 'fulfilled' a $108 dollar order for a subscription I never asked for or confirmed. I don't have this kind of money and ordered no such thing. There is no button in their site to cancel this order now or phone number to call. There is no method I can find at all to deal with it. There is also no way to delete my account or card from their site

I would like a refund of any money they have charged me for as well as a complete deletion of my account from their systems. They should be investigated and change this or shut down. It feels like a scam

Frey has made an unauthorized charge for goods that I did not order. This has occurred months after they tried to charge me for another order .
Frey recently made an unauthorized charge for goods that I DID NOT ORDER. This was a totally, unexpected transaction. They don't have a customer service phone number. Now I must go through the inconvenience of canceling my check card because they my account information and can fraudulently charge me without my permission.

Desired Outcome

I intend to render null and avoid the account info Frey currently has at it disposal. All I want is an immediate refund of the charges.

Scam with auto subscription
I have ordered a sample product from Frey and I received it few days later but somehow they auto subscribed me for their product and better says it a forced sell.
I never authorized them for this subscription. today "02/22" I see an email notification about my order placed costing me $66 from Frey and When I login to the account which I created during the sample order I See there is order placed and each 2 month delivery subscription.

There is no way to cancel a order.
They are not having any phone number on their website to speak about it.
They do not reply to email.
and There is no clear words on cancelling the Subscription, rather they play with customer (Scam victims) by using "Pause Plan" instead of "Cancel Membership"

They are scam and wants to sell their product forcefully, there is not transparency with the customer being subscribed to their product. I do not want their order and their product, I need my refund in Full.

Dishonest and fraudulent practice. Signed me up for subscription of monthly order of their product WITHOUT my authorization
Saw their facebook advertisement about free samples of 2 travel-sized bottles of scented detergent for $1 shipping cost. After filling out my personal info, I was informed the samples will be shipped in 18 days so I closed the browser window and did not think much of it. However, I scrolled across another facebook advertisement of this very same company and saw that many people in the comment section are not happy. Reading through them, I found out that people were automatically (without their authorization or consent) signed up for subscription of 3 different products. A detergent, a spray, and laundry sheets, for over $120 per order. So straight away, I went directly to their site and logged onto my account I created just hours earlier. Sure enough I was signed up for monthly subscription of those 3 said products and had to cancel them. There are accounts of people stating they already cancelled their subscriptions and still getting charged. Also, there are accounts of people who get charged for and received products they never ordered from this company. This is illegal and not acceptable. I have never dealt with a detergent company that pulls this type of scam.

My account was charged $42 for a subscription service I never consented to after recieveing a sample of their products a month ago.
I recieved a product sample from Frey about a month ago and decided not to subscribe as their products are on the more expensive side. Today my account was charged $42 without my knowledge for a monthly shipment of 3 products I never consented to purchasing. When I went to look at my Frey account it showed they had set me up with a subscription service to send me those three products every 3 months, which I also NEVER consented. I e-mailed customer service and got an auto response back stating they are backed up with e-mails at the moment and they will do their best to respond in a timely matter. With some research, I discovered that I am just one of many people who have been a victim of the same scam and feel as though this is going to go unresolved and that I will now just be out my $42.00.

All I would like is for my full refund of $42.00 and not to be charged again for something I did not consent to. I also feel this company needs to be under some sort of investigation as there are so many other people that have also been taken advantage of.

I signed up to receive a FREE SAMPLE for 1$ and DID NOT sign up for an auto subscription. The company took the liberty of signing me up for additional 3 products I did not consent for, and used my card information that I paid the original said 1$ with. Do not get a "free sample" they will sign you up for 42$ a month for laundry soap.
Got a free sample and they charged 1$ for shipping. Really they use that to sign you up for a subscription. 42$ a month and I just happen to go back in because too many companies use this dishonest practice. I cancelled the subscription but some how a month later I get charged 42$. I actually probably would have ordered the product but with these practices I can support them as a company. I would like my money back and for them to quite trying to trap people into a purchase. I'm sure some people don't even notice they got ripped.

Charges credit card of their products that you never ordered or had any interest in. Does not respond to phone messages nor emails nor Facebook messages... only if the Facebook messages are positive, they'll respond to a comment. Their advertising and business practices are devious and ***. And I called my credit card company and tried to cancel my credit number, but they informed me that this company, through some VISA and MC *** law, they can still charge your card being that you agreed to a subscription... which I never saw any written wording saying that the free samples for $1 will result in us ordering you our other items at your expense... $66 for shampoo and body wash?

Have been offered a discount on 3 occasions. The company has not honored any of them, stating they are new so I should expect problems.
I have been offered a discount on three separate occasions by Live Frey. The first two were one-time offers and were not honored when using the discount code they provided. This third time is from a text they sent offering lifetime 10% off and lifetime free shipping if I subscribe on the next order. I promptly ordered and received no discount. I texted them back (they said to do so if I had questions) and advised the company that I was incensed that, for the third time, I have been refused a discount offer they initiated. The response was simply thanking me for my order without acknowledgement that they had failed to provide a discount.

The product, itself, is fantastic, so I would like the business to honor ALL of its offers. Should they not honor their written contract, attached to this complaint, then I would like a refund and apology for the lies and deceitful practices.

Immediate billing reversal and possible additional damages due to interest rate increase. They are operating unethically. My formal cancellation, with FREY website confirmation, months ago, was not honored.
