December 6, 2016, Frontier spoke with Mr [redacted] acknowledging his concernsWhile speaking with him, he mentioned the purchases he is inquiring about was purchased through Verizon Communication 1-years ago, and not with FrontierOur records indicate Ultraviolet is a cloud based service that was provided to former Verizon customers that allowed them to Link there Ultraviolet library (Verizon purchases that were linked to ultraviolet) to their Frontier services However, Frontier does not currently use UltravioletIf customer believes they had an ultraviolet account with Verizon purchases linked, they can try logging in at myuv.com Again, this would only be for content purchased at Verizon that was linked to the Ultraviolet account onlineCustomer should have a username and password for myuv.com if this was doneThen Verizon content should be available in the Ultraviolet libraryIf customer thinks they created an account but does not remember the password, they will need to reach out to Ultraviolet Also keep in mind; this will not be the case for content purchased on the Frontier networkPurchased content after the migration on April 1, 2016, is not currently available after disconnect.In addition, no credit is warrantedMr [redacted] is not satisfied with resolutionWe trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] has experienced because of the above matter

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I never authorized a hard credit check as it was not specifically mentioned in the disclosure I agreed to When speaking with the representative earlier today I asked for her to read me back the section of the disclosure that mentioned a hard credit check and she failed to do so I agreed to numerous similar disclosures related to gas, electric, and water services and all were soft checks as expectedHad frontier mentioned a hard check would be done I would not have agreed to their serviceWorth mentioning the representative also said she’d follow up and confirm I was directly lied to by both a representative and her supervisor about a memo created at 11:stating existing service was in place since there was no record of it or explanation of why it would be made prior to the 1-install windowFrontier stood me up then essentially confirmed their representative and her supervisor fabricated a story to deflect responsibility for the company’s actions I refuse to accept any resolution that doesn’t result in the hard credit check being removed from my credit report If it’s not an option, why was I told by a supervisor that he’d transfer me to collections to get it handled since he was unable to do it on my behalf?
