Revdex.com: I am still unhappy with the result of this as I feel that I was absolutely lied to and that if the recording of my call was pulled, it would be very clear that is the case and I should be given what I was promised as I adhered to my portion of our agreement by paying my bill in a timely manner I imagine that there is nothing else that I can do at this point to obtain the $gift card as the Frontier rep stated that it is not possible for them to issue it to me, so I guess I begrudgingly accept their proposal but I am by no means satisfied or happy about my interaction with Frontier and will not be renewing with them or every recommending them to anyone Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention [redacted] advised of the difficulty he experienced attempting to get internet service and being billed for services not used On October 13, a Frontier Communications representative spoke with Ms [redacted] to offer assistance and apologize for any inconvenience she has experiencedShe appreciated the call and the attention to her concerns A review of the account shows that the customer spoke with an Alternate Channel Vendor Red Ventures on 8/1/The customer states that she was offered up to MG serviceShe also states that she was advised that her modem would be shipped to her before the date of her installation (8/17/16) A field technician was dispatched on 8/22/as trouble ticket call number [redacted] to complete the installation because the customer had not received a shipped modemThe customer declined installation when she was advised by the technician that she would only qualify for up to MG service Service order number [redacted] was written by [redacted] on 8/22/and backdated to the installation date to remove all charges for the service not usedOur system generated a statement on 8/24/which included installation fees and days of serviceThe account has been adjusted to remove all service and installation charges from the accountThe customer will receive a statement on 10/24/reflecting a zero balance Ms [redacted] is satisfied that all of her billing concerns have been resolved and she will not be charged for service she did not receive We trust this information will assist you in closing this complaintWe apologize for any inconvenience that [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Thank you for referring the rebuttal complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Mr [redacted] bringing this matter to our attentionThe complaint states that: Mr [redacted] advises that a gentleman from Frontier came to his house and signed him up for Frontier service and it was installed on July 4, Mr [redacted] called Frontier several times and was not advised of a bill or an amount due and after days his internet service was disconnected without prior notice Mr [redacted] advises he called Frontier and spoke with collections and was advised that his account was late and his service was temporary shut down for non-payment Mr [redacted] demanded a bill and was informed that the mailing address was correct in Frontier’ system which it was not and since has been correctedMr [redacted] was informed that his bill was $for three months and he stated that it should be $a month per the paper work and representative Mr [redacted] advises he sent in the contract and has not heard back from the representative at Frontier.Mr [redacted] is asking about the reconnection fee and why he has to pay for the router when he is not using itFrontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier investigated and the billing address was corrected as of the October bill statement Frontier advises that service was set up for telephone and Internet service and it was changed to internet only on July 7, Credit has been applied in the amount of $and the monthly bill going forward will be $for Internet a month.Frontier advises that an order was placed on 11/16/to correct missing credits off the bill for $for the monthly router fee bringing the total bill to $a month starting December 2, 2017.Frontier advises that a reconnection charge for $was billed to Mr [redacted] ’s account it was temporary suspended on October 7, for non-pay and credit was applied in the amount of $9.99.Frontier advises the Mr [redacted] ’s November bill in the amount of $is due by November 27, We apologize for any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate Ms [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: Ms [redacted] contacted Frontier to sign up for 7mbpd internet services for $a month with a one-time $equipment feeOn the day of installation, 3/29/2017, Frontier’s Technician advises Ms [redacted] that she can only receive 1.2mbps of internet speedMs [redacted] tested the service and found it would not suit her needs, so she contacted Frontier and cancelled her account on 3/30/After only one day of service used, Ms [redacted] received a bill from Frontier for $Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: · Frontier records confirm Ms***’s services were active from 3/29/– 3/30/· Frontier advises that Internet service speeds are based upon many factors, including network congestion, customer location, customer equipment, and WiFi network interference Customer speeds may vary over time· As stated in Frontier’s terms and conditions, actual Internet speeds may vary, and any speed advertised is not a guarantee Frontier’s promotional materials also clearly state that “Actual speeds may vary and are not guaranteed Service subject to availability.” · Frontier confirmed that the disputed charges have been removed from Ms***s accountWe trust that this information will assist you in closing this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] has experienced as a result of the above matter

Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response:As stated on the prior response, Ms [redacted] ’s monthly billing cycles were on the 29th of each monthOur records indicate the order to disconnect was requested on August 3rdFrontier’s records show that there was no access to the account until August 3rd, as our system automatically stamps the consultant, date, and a consultant accesses the accountThe prior access before the August 3rd date shows the account was accessed June 15, Again as stated, Frontier bills month in advance, therefore the July 29th bill generated with current charges of $This bill was sent to customer prior to her disconnectingThe August 29th bill then generated with prorated credits back to the date of disconnect (August 3rd) in which the current charges were a credit of $However because of the back balance owed of $(there was a $credit issued) for the July 29th statement, again generated before the disconnect date, the final balance is $Ms [redacted] ’s charges were never changed in anyway, nor was she ever charged an early termination feeThe only additional charge, as stated on prior response, was a $Broadband Processing Fee for disconnecting Broadband service.The final balance of $is valid and will be sustained as no credits are warrantedWe regret any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced as a result of the above matter.”

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11772647, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards,Thank you for your response I see we have reached a stalemate I would like to reiterate again That my concerns were the misleading sales tactics you all use Under the law, you cannot offer things and not provide them in which the way they were offered (excluding additional charges and facts would be considered deceitful) To say that a sales rep for your company does not know to disclose terms and conditions of a service for a customer is asinine I also, in that call said will everything be included for that price so there are no excuses Furthermore, you never addressed my customer service issue Your representative did not answer my request for manager, instead kept me on hold for over an hour Another representative completely disconnected my call I found that to be very unnerving Since, I am a paying a customer to a service provider that I never signed a contractual agreement with, which is another issue I plan to continue on with my disconnection at the of this month I have offered a date of cancellation well over daysI will continue to share my experience about your company Hopefully, I will gain some traction thru another forum Thank you,

Thank you for referring the complaint of [redacted] to our office for reviewWe appreciate *** [redacted] bringing this matter to our attention The Complaint states that: [redacted] states that the service was cancelled in September and their auto draft was debit [redacted] states they called Frontier and were advised that the account balance was be adjusted however no credit has been issued Frontier has investigated the above statements and offers the following response: Frontier review the account and we have issued a credit on the account for the October statement also we have issue prorate credits on the September bill since we bill until the end of the cycle date when services are disconnected per our terms of service.Frontier advise any remaining credits will be refunded after the new statement post with the amount of credit issued

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I would like to say first off testing was done AFTER a cable from the lines down the pole was replaced, at that time the line repair man said he was going to check things out at the remote transfer box with in the next day or sohe left and I went in the house to check the internet speed we were getting mbps, before he replaced the cable we were mbps Thursday the line man called and left a message on our answering machine saying that he was going to change out equipment , that was at am, I got home from work and checked the internet speed and now its at mbps , and it has stayed at that level I feel that Frontier did not tell the Revdex.com the truth, we pay for mbps not Yes they did fix the problems but didnt want to admit that there was a problem and that we been having a problem I will not stand for it any moreI will be talking with the people that live around me and tell them to file complaints against Frontier ! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] All my services are now working, but as you can see from the attached August chat, I simply paid the "outstanding" bill to get my telephone service restoredI received a call from Frontier yesterday and I affirmed that all my services were working, however I told the caller that I have not been able to confirm that the billing issues are resolvedI was told that the billing cycle should show that later in SeptemberMy request to Frontier concerning the billing was to simply provide a breakdown of the my monthly charges, ie what should my credit be for services on vacation April 21-since I paid the month of April for full services, what were the vacation charges in May, June and July, and what were the charges in August when service was supposed to be restored August 15, was in fact partially restored August and I finally got phone service per the attached chatI have no way of knowing if the credited amount includes the $plus the overcharges for months that service was on vacationAgain, I would simply like to know what my monthly bill should have been for May, June, July and AugustIt would seem appropriate to also give credit for the phone service that was not provided until August 22, not to mention for goodwill after months of frustration and hours of effort attempting to resolve this matter
