This is the same response we get every time we call we received a disconnect notice in the mail yesterday and had to call again and received the same message I’m so sorry for your inconvenienceI wish some one would maintain the lines in our area we have no choice but to pay the bill and go on since we don’t have any cell service in this area we have been loyal customers since always paid our bill and have been treated as thought we don’t matter to the company I understand we live in a rural area however I do not think you do as I said if we had a choice we would not put up with the service we have received Sincerely Lori Browning

*** *** advised that he removed Verizon HSI before the conversion to Frontier CommunicationsHe states he never had Frontier service. Frontier records show that the HSI service was not disconnected until 11/17/when Mr*** called to question the billing. Mr*** was on direct
debit with Verizon and it carried over to Frontier due to Verizon not disconnecting his service when requested.A Frontier agent called and verified with *** at *** *** that Mr*** *** did have service with them as of 4/7/Mr***'s Frontier account was adjusted in the amount of $on 4/3/2017. The adjustment left Mr*** with a credit balance of $which will be sent to him in the form of a check within business days.Mr*** understands and is satisfied with the resolution

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.No one has tried to reach me on the cell phone number- (my primary contact) I have repeatedly given - I have been watching for the call.The initial promotion rate offered ($79.99) at original sign up was never realized and I accepted that, but I did not accept an increase after year and immediately called to state the new charges were not acceptable and I would have to cancel unless the rate was extendedMy monthly charge is currently $The credit mentioned only began on 2/27/and is for $not $30There would NOT have been any late charges at all if I was not continually being told to be patient, and that it would take a full billing cycle for the new rate (that never actually went into place) to take effectIf you look at my billing history prior to this you will see on time paymentsI have paid an average of $per month since September, which means I have overpaid by $124.00I told each agent I spoke with that I would cancel service if they could not get my bill down, and each one lied and said they could, so I kept the service and each time waited for the adjustment that never cameIt is NOT my fault that I was offered rates that were incorrect on different occasionsONCE AGAIN - NO one has contacted me but I have transcripts and recordings of all the promises made to me and am willing to supply them upon requestAs I have repeatedly stated, my budget does not allow for charges higher than I initially signed up for I have been promised resolution by multiple peopleI have offered to cancel service and go to another vendor, but after all the promises and the wasted time there needs to be some kind of compensationI am willing to take legal action and state my case on numerous social media outlets, if no resolution is forthcomingRegards,

Finally, per the emails (attached) between myself and Frontier regarding this matter, my premium was not discussed nor any agreementFurthermore, these emails show Frontier conceding that some of the charges were made by mistake and should be reversed
