while we are in agreement that this customer did in fact purchase her vehicle from GMT, she has never once brought the vehicle to us to have it servicedshe has been dealing with Premier Auto Serviceplease delete this complaint from our file because her issue is not with GMT

I purchased a wheel and tire plan for my Porsche [redacted] when I purchased the vehicle Unfortunately my vehicle was deemed a total loss after I was robbedUpon settlement I was due back over $as a refund for the purchase of the whhel and tire packageI notified Amber at GMT Auto andf in her absence also spoke with other sales persons and the General manager about my packageAmber stated she had yet to receive an email and the others always stated someone would return my callThis has not been the caseI went to GMT Auto to speak with Amber and/or the General Manager who were not available at the time of my visitIt has been over months and I have yet to hear anything about my refund

We will gladly reimburse the customer for the inspection He was offered an extended warranty but declined to purchase itThe powertrain is covered but not the fuel system, he purchased a year old vehicle with over 100,miles

My name is [redacted] and I am the Sales Manager at GMT Auto Sales and this is the first I am hearing of any issues with Mr***'s vehicleI think there was maybe some miscommunication between the customer and the service shopIdeally this would be a Premier Auto Service issue because the service warranty Mr [redacted] signed for is a 4,000/month warranty with only one repair up to $I have attached the signed copy of the warranty and if he went to the service shop for different or non covered items then that would be why they turned him downAll in all he would have to bring that up with the service shopIf Mr [redacted] would like to get things fixed that are not covered under warranty we might be able to work something out but he would have to call me Monday morningI can be reached at [redacted] .?

The reason we won't repair the CD player is that it is not under warrantythis has been explained several times to the customerhe was not approved for the higher priced impala because his income won't budget for that paymenthe was given the option of buying the Buick that he chose, or receiving a refund prior to his purchase of the Buickagain, this has been explained in detail on several occasions to the customerhe was even offered an extended warranty that would cover the CD playerhe declinedwe are not willing to proceed with any more repairs for this customer unless they are warranty repairs

In June I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle I purchased a Chevy Imapla for $24,and put $down I signed all the documents and title After two weeks they called and asked us to return to the dealership When I arrived they tell me I was not approved for the loan and had to return the car They said they had something better for me They offered me a Buick LaCrosse and that I could be approved for this vehicle The Buick needs repairs, cd player does not work and the bearings on the wheels need replaced They took the vehicle to [redacted] and this company called to tell me they will not repair the cd player and did not give me a reason why I called to ask why they are not repairing the cd player and told me they would call me back No one has called me back I believe they are doing a spot delivery scam

this customer is delusionalthe salesman who loaned her the car did it without authorizationshe had no business driving our vehicleshe returned the vehicle with a destroyed tire so we have no idea where she spent the $in question, but it was not to replace our tirefurthermore, the car was filthy inside and out, and in addition to the $that she owes us for a tire, she owes us $for a complete detail to restore the vehicle to selling conditionwe were forced to call the police because she refused to take her many belongings out of our vehiclethis customer now owes us $and is using the Revdex.com to deflect responsibility for the damages she incurred to our vehicle

I purchased a car from GMT and while my car has been being repaired I was given a loaner car to drive by my salespersonOn Thursday 2/23/the driver's side front tire blew and I called my insurance to change the tireThis was a $chargeI went right to GMT to get a different loaner car because I felt unsafe and the manager [redacted] treated my mother and I badlyThe salesperson that gave me the loaner car stopped working there earlier in the week and it seemed the manager was taking that out on usHe called the police to have us removed from the lot

I purchased a Chevrolet Cobalt November 6, that came with a day warrantyTwo hours later while on the highway it stopped on me timesI got it to a shop and found out it was the throttle body and paid $for the repair It also did not have a safety inspection and I paid for oneI contacted you about the repair and inspection and asked to be reimbursed but was told the repair is not covered under the warranty

This is absolutely not a valid complaint! the customer was informed that she would need a $down payment to qualify for a vehicleshe was not able to come up with any down payment so we were not able to sell her a vehiclePLEASE RULE THIS COMPLAINT AS INVALID AND REMOVE IT FROM OUR HISTORYit is not our fault that the customer has a derogatory credit history, and does not qualify for a no money down loan

I picked up my car on 7/and the rear end was still knocking I went back to have this fixed and they told me that they would not fix it This is something that they told me they would fix before purchasing the car and this problem is covered under the warranty I want them to fix the knocking in the rear end of the car
