The reason we won't repair the CD player is that it is not under warranty. this has been explained several times to the customer. he was not approved for the higher priced impala because his income won't budget for that payment. he was given the option of buying the Buick that he chose, or receiving...

a refund prior to his purchase of the Buick. again, this has been explained in detail on several occasions to the customer. he was even offered an extended warranty that would cover the  CD player. he declined. we are not willing to proceed with any more repairs for this customer unless they are warranty repairs.

I picked up my car on 7/22 and the rear end was still knocking.  I went back to have this fixed and they told me that they would not fix it.  This is something that they told me they would fix before purchasing the car and this problem is covered under the warranty.  I want them to fix the knocking in the rear end of the car.

this customer is delusional. the salesman who loaned her the car did it without authorization. she had no business driving our vehicle. she returned the vehicle with a destroyed tire so we have no idea where she spent the $100 in question, but it was not to replace our tire. furthermore, the car was...

filthy inside and out, and in addition to the $80 that she owes us for a tire, she owes us $150 for a complete detail to restore the vehicle to selling condition. we were forced to call the police because she refused to take her many belongings out of our vehicle. this customer now owes us $230 and is using the Revdex.com to deflect responsibility for the damages she incurred to our vehicle.

We would be happy to let the customer trade this vehicle in for a different vehicle. She needs to pay the Missouri sales tax due on the current vehicle to proceed with trading it in.

I have attached the tracking numbers on USPS tracking site and the packages are marked as delivered. Transunion was delivered August 9, 2017 at 3:22pm and Equifax was delivered August 8, 2017 at 12:01pm.

I have spoken to First Extended Warranty and was told only GMT Auto can change the repair station. Furthermore, First Extended didn't sell me this car with all of these defects. Specifically, what other documents are you requesting from me to support my complaints. Do you want receipts from [redacted] and BMW [redacted]
