Salesperson *** rude, bad attitude, sending me a text threatening to pick up my vehicle Text from GMT salesperson, Joshua Martinez stated the following:
light on right side mirror was defective when I purchased car, they said I had to pay for the repair (which was fixed on 10/26/18)and there was no manual in the car and when asked, was told to go to Mercedes Benz dealership to pick up one up and I had to pay for it Also stated to me that if I went to Revdex.com, that they would no fix the light

In April of 2017, I was looking at cars at GMT Auto Sales I saw a Buick LaCrosse that I liked and I gave *** a $refundable deposit to hold the car for me The following week, I came back and paid another $refundable deposit Both deposits would be returned if I was unable to secure financing for this car *** led me to believe that he was going to contact my bank to help with the financing but he never did *** also told me to leave my current vehicle at the dealership where I purchased it and to not pay on it any more I was very uncomfortable with what *** was telling me and no longer wanted to do business with him or GMT I have requested my $deposit to be returned but GMT is refusing to return it

we fixed the customers car at no cost to her, and she was provided a loaner car while the repairs were being completedShe has been rude and belligerent and refused to return our loaner car, so we had to track her down at her job to get our vehicle backWe will not be able to "renegotiate" a
priceWe have gone well above our responsibilities to keep this customer happyIt seems that she has a case of buyers remorse

I purchased a wheel and tire plan for my Porsche *** when I purchased the vehicle
Unfortunately my vehicle was deemed a total loss after I was robbedUpon settlement I was due back over $as a refund for the purchase of the whhel and tire packageI notified Amber at GMT Auto andf in her absence also spoke with other sales persons and the General manager about my packageAmber stated she had yet to receive an email and the others always stated someone would return my callThis has not been the caseI went to GMT Auto to speak with Amber and/or the General Manager who were not available at the time of my visitIt has been over months and I have yet to hear anything about my refund

I purchased infinity turbo from this companyWorst decision of my lifeI was promised tinted windows by the salesman and it has been now a month and guess what, no tinted windowsHe keeps stating that he over spent his income and that he really did not make a commission off of the saleThat sounds like a personal problem to meSo I took the car to the infinity dealer to find out that all of the tires are dry rioted and it will cost $to replace themthe air quite working within days and no type of maintenance had been performed on the vehicle and the cost would be $I know I should have followed my first mind and not purchased from this place because I was given instructions to lie to the finance company when they called to see if the vehicle was working and if I had put any money down on the vehicleWell it was working until I signed on the dotted line and drove it for weeksbut I did not put any money down and was instructed to say that I didI am in bankruptcy and I am having my attorney see if I can add this vehicle on the list before the the bankruptcy is closedI hope this can be accomplishedWord from the wise, if it smells like a rat, it usually is a ratThis place should be completed ashamed of themselvesOh and I left the president of the company a voicemail todayI will see if that call is even returned
Do not buy from this company, I repeat, do not buy from this company

Mr *** first left us a refundable deposit of $when he first applied for a loanWhen decided upon which vehicle to purchase he left us an additional $which was to take the vehicle that he chose off the market and unavailable for sale to any other customer while he made arrangements to
sign paperwork at *** *** Bank where his loan was approved and awaiting his signatureMr *** repeatedly canceled appointments with both us and the bank over the next two week periodOur dealership passed numerous opportunities to sell the vehicle that he had secured with his depositThis transaction took place during our income tax refund season which is our busiest time of yearWhen Me *** asked for a refund of his deposit we reminded him that he left a non refundable deposit in lieu of him signing his paperwork at the bankHe was informed that if he decided to purchase a vehicle from us in the future that we would apply the $towards the purchase of a different unit, but that due to the vehicle being off the market for two weeks during our busiest time of year that we would not issue a cash refundMr *** was fully aware of our position and we are confused as to why he would file a complaint when this matter has been closed for some time now?

On Monday July 16th I started the purchase of a vehicleI purchased a Toyota CameryThe car broke down due to engine problems on July 27thThey have had my car sinceThis company did tell me they would give me a temporary car to use while my car was being worked on but they haven'tThey told me I needed more documents to get my rental carAfter the car broke down, the following Monday I was basically forced to give them $for tax and titleThey told me they wouldn't discuss anything more about my car unless I did thisNow, when I try to talk to the person who sold me the car, he doesn't answer my calls or textsI have reached out to the company to try to talk to the owner, this has been unsuccessful My issue is if I didn’t have all the documents signed to get a temporary car while mine was being worked on, then I don’t think the purchase of my car is finalizedIf it’s not finalized, I should be entitled to a refundAt this point I just want my money back that I hav

I purchased a Dodge Caliber February and it came with a month / mile warrantyThe same day the check engine light came on and it had other problemsI return it times for repair and still having problems with it and called but was told it is miles past the warranty and you will not helpI explained I have been calling for repairs before the warranty expired

the consumer was never told she was leasing a vehiclethere is no lease available for a year old automobileshe read the contract, she signed the contractshe has a case of buyers remorsethere is no cooling off period for used car purchases in the state of Missouriwe offered to let her
purchase a different vehicle but she refusedshe is an adult who signed a legal contractwe have done everything that is reasonable to keep her happyshe cannot be satisfied

The reason we won't repair the CD player is that it is not under warrantythis has been explained several times to the customerhe was not approved for the higher priced impala because his income won't budget for that paymenthe was given the option of buying the Buick that he chose, or receiving

My name is *** *** and I am the Sales Manager at GMT Auto Sales and this is the first I am hearing of any issues with Mr***'s vehicleI think there was maybe some miscommunication between the customer and the service shopIdeally this would be a Premier Auto Service issue because the
service warranty Mr*** signed for is a 4,000/month warranty with only one repair up to $I have attached the signed copy of the warranty and if he went to the service shop for different or non covered items then that would be why they turned him downAll in all he would have to bring that up with the service shopIf Mr*** would like to get things fixed that are not covered under warranty we might be able to work something out but he would have to call me Monday morningI can be reached at ***.

while we are in agreement that this customer did in fact purchase her vehicle from GMT, she has never once brought the vehicle to us to have it servicedshe has been dealing with Premier Auto Service.? please delete this complaint from our file because her issue is not with GMT

I picked up my car on 7/and the rear end was still knocking.? I went back to have this fixed and they told me that they would not fix it.? This is something that they told me they would fix before purchasing the car and this problem is covered under the warranty.? I want them to fix the knocking in the rear end of the car

the "we owe" that we provided to you and that you signed expressly states that you have days from the date of sale to have the task completedyou waited more than a month to request the repair, and now it is busy season for our body shop and we cannot accommodate a timely appointment as quickly
as you wishyou state that you have no interest in us continuing the work, so we are assuming that we are closing the complaint
