the most profane language imaginable. the vehicle has been vandalized. she has been driving the vehicle the whole time. we will not take the truck back and release her from her obligations. the duplicate title will be here any day. neither the bank nor our dealership is willing to tolerate her abusive, threatening language. she needs to treat us the way that she wants to be treated. this customer has been belligerent from day one. she has been made aware of what we are willing and able to do to help her.
