the warranty was purchased 3/5/15 it was for years or
miles. it has not expired. please stop wasting our time with frivolous complaints. once again, you can cancel the warranty if you wish, or don'tit's your callbut your lienholder will receive any pro rated refund, not the consumeryou have not communicated with us once, but have chosen to communicate through the Revdex.com and Attorney Generalthey cannot process the cancellation, only we canagain, you are wasting valuable time because the longer you procrastinate in cancelling the warranty, the less of a refund you will receive

I CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL VOICE MAILS FOR SOMEONE WITH G M T AUTO SALES TO CALL ME BACK AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONEI CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND SPOKE TO JOE, AFTER I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE OR ELSE I WAS GOING TO FILE A NEGATIVE REVIEW WITH THE Revdex.com
WHEN I PURCHASED A BMW 428i FROM G M T AUTO SALES, I WAS TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE HAD A 50,MILE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND A 50,MILE MAINTENANCE WARRANTY INCLUDEDI PAID ALMOST $40,FOR THIS VEHICLE AND ASSUMED THAT IT HAD A WARRANTY AND A MAINTENANCE WARRANTY INCLUDED
UPON DROPPING MY VEHICLE OFF FOR ITS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AT MY LOCAL BMWQ DEALERSHIP, I WAS TOLD BY THE BMW DEALERSHIP THAT G M T HAD NOT PAID FOR AND TRANSFERRED THE MAINTENANCE PLAN I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THE OIL CHANGE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE MAINTENANCE PLAN, THAT COST ME $
I CALLED G M T TODAY, 10/04, AND WAS TOLD BY JOE, THAT HE WOULD NEED TO TALK TO THE OWNER AARONHE SAID, "WHY WOULD I PURCHASE A MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR YOUR VEHICLE?"
JOE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE AND I FEEL LIKE I DESERVE WHAT I WAS PROMISED, I WAS SOLD THE VEHICLE UNDER THE PRETENSE THAT THE VEHICLE HAD A MAINTENANCE PLAN INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE PRICEIF I HAD KNOWN THAT THEY WERE NOT PLANNING ON HONORING THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THAT TO HAVE BEEN INCLUDED & I GUARANTEE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE LET A $40,VEHICLE PURCHASER WALK AWAY OVER A $MAINTENANCE PLAN FEE THAT WAS TO HAVE BEEN PAID BY G M T TO TRANSFER THE MAINTENANCE PLAN INTO MY NAME
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THEY HAVE HANDLED MY REQUEST TO HONOR WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN PURCHASING THE VEHICLE AND I AM ASKING FOR G M T AUTO SALES TO HONOR THEIR WORD AND ABSORB THE COST OF THE MAINTENANCE PLAN WITH BMWI FEEL LIKE G M T SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MAINTENANCE PLAN AND REIMBURSE ME THE $I PAID FOR AN OIL CHANGE, WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED AT NO COST IF G M T HAD SET UP THE MAINTENANCE PLAN

We have already informed the customer that he is able to cancel the warranty, and the pro rated refund amount will be mailed to his lienholderHe needs to appear in person to our dealership and sign a cancellation request form

while we are in agreement that this customer did in fact purchase her vehicle from GMT, she has never once brought the vehicle to us to have it servicedshe has been dealing with Premier Auto Service. please delete this complaint from our file because her issue is not with GMT

As a customer, your product should not have been sold knowing the knowledge of the car without any explanation to the customer, mePrior to moving forward with this process my check engine light has come on three times before given the right solution I was also told by *** *** at Premier Auto, who GMT referred me to that there was no thermostat in my car As a solution, 1. I want to ensure that my check engine light is offMy concern is that when I get ready to take my car in for an inspection next year that I will have the same problems 2. Secondly, I would like for my car to be completely topped off as it should have been prior to buying the car

I have attached the tracking numbers on USPS tracking site and the packages are marked as deliveredTransunion was delivered August 9, at 3:22pm and Equifax was delivered August 8, at 12:01pm.
