[redacted] denied the claimIf the consumer needs to file a complaint it should be with Alpha, not GMTWe have offered our assistance above and beyond what our day warranty covered, and we cannot force [redacted] to cover the repair

the warranty was purchased 3/5/15 it was for years or miles. it has not expired. please stop wasting our time with frivolous complaints. once again, you can cancel the warranty if you wish, or don'tit's your callbut your lienholder will receive any pro rated refund, not the consumeryou have not communicated with us once, but have chosen to communicate through the Revdex.com and Attorney Generalthey cannot process the cancellation, only we canagain, you are wasting valuable time because the longer you procrastinate in cancelling the warranty, the less of a refund you will receive

The salesperson who sold me the car has had many complaints from me I've taken my car back to them three times since I purchased itI was told to take my car to a Chevrolet dealership which I did they pulled my engine out and a found all the following problems: rear main seal leak, thermostat was prematurely open,obstruction in the PCV passage,obstruction in the PCV cover which built up pressureI was also informed that the matinee on this vechile couldn't have been kept up before I purchased it from the dealership if those things were going onI spoke with *** *** man times about problems with the vehicle so I really don't understand how you all don't know about my complaints I've spoken with him aboutI've had issues since I purchased the vehicle

at the time of purchase, you were offered a comprehensive extended warranty which would have covered the majority of the systems which you are now experiencing issues withyou elected to purchase a powertrain warranty which covers any internally lubricated parts, but does not cover the maintenance items that you are now asking us to repair at our costhad you elected to purchase the comprehensive warranty you would not require our assistancethat being said, we are willing to let Premier Auto Service inspect your vehicle to see if they can diagnose these issues, and perform the repairs at a substantially reduced labor rate for you

As a customer, your product should not have been sold knowing the knowledge of the car without any explanation to the customer, mePrior to moving forward with this process my check engine light has come on three times before given the right solutionI was also told by *** *** at Premier Auto, who GMT referred me to that there was no thermostat in my carAs a solution, 1. I want to ensure that my check engine light is offMy concern is that when I get ready to take my car in for an inspection next year that I will have the same problems2. Secondly, I would like for my car to be completely topped off as it should have been prior to buying the car

I purchased a Chevrolet Cobalt November 6, that came with a day warrantyTwo hours later while on the highway it stopped on me timesI got it to a shop and found out it was the throttle body and paid $for the repair

In September of I bought a Chevy Malibu LT from GMT I started having problems with the electrical system on the car in November I have been to GMT on different occasions to have them work on the electrical systemEach time they have had it, they told me that it was fixedNow today after only having my car for or days after GMT having it for about days to fix, the electrical system is malfunctioning again I was told by GMT that I will have to take the car somewhere else to find out what is wrong and have it fixed I have a warranty with the car and GMT has it and refuses to return it to me.  My parents also purchased a car from GMT and they had problems with the radio.  This was never fixed.  *** the Manager told me that he is not fixing any more of my family's cars.  I told him that that is a separate issueI am paying for my own car and my parents have nothing to do with my car

I am rejecting this response because:I was not told verbally that I only had daysI even asked my sales rep if there was a timeline and he never actually said there was and just kept saying we would get it taken care ofConveniently the only page I didn’t get the copy of was thatSo it may have said it but I have no proofI tried to schedule it and got the run around or no returned calls several timesSo yes I did just get it taken care of but that’s because they have horrible customer serviceI was told because my sales rep quit that I “got screwed”I have text messages as proof.

this customer is delusionalthe salesman who loaned her the car did it without authorizationshe had no business driving our vehicleshe returned the vehicle with a destroyed tire so we have no idea where she spent the $in question, but it was not to replace our tirefurthermore, the car was

This is a very simple complaint I was told something was going to happen, and the events that were supposed to happen were documented on a 'we owe you' document that was part of the sales package
I purchased a Lincoln MKT Upon reviewing the vehicle I noticed a few rock chips and scratches that made me very wary of the car I was assured numerous times that they would make the car look new The sales manager specifically said " we will make the car look new"

The customer is partly correct when she states that she was offered an extended warranty option, however she only had days to apply for coverage, and not days as she statesthe warranty company did in fact void the contract due to her being outside of the day complianceWe do sympathize

In June I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle I purchased a Chevy Imapla for $24,and put $down I signed all the documents and title After two weeks they called and asked us to return to the dealership When I arrived they tell me I was not approved for the loan and had to return the car They said they had something better for me They offered me a Buick LaCrosse and that I could be approved for this vehicle The Buick needs repairs, cd player does not work and the bearings on the wheels need replaced They took the vehicle to *** *** *** and this company called to tell me they will not repair the cd player and did not give me a reason why I called to ask why they are not repairing the cd player and told me they would call me back No one has called me back

I purchased a Chevy Cruze in the Spring of from GMT with an extended service contract, which I later learned was uselessGMT sales contracts deceptively knowing that the customer do not need them or when they do need them the warranty does not cover the repair, My car has had a profuse burning smell coming from the ventsThe first time I went to get it repaired the warranty that I purchased did not cover anything I had to pay out of pocketThe problem had continue to persist, every time I would use the heat or air condI had to go to a ship referred to by the dealership but the problem was not diagnosed correctlyThe problem continued and the second time my warranty expired but the shop did not correctly diagnose the problem from the startI had to pay out of pocket againI called the lady Angela who sold me the fraudulent warranty that she knew was useless, she said she would call me back and never did, I called back a second time to speak with The GM he never returned m
