Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The phone calls are still very persistant and they are now calling family and friends and telling them they are trying to get a hold of me because I gave them permission to use my name as a reference I have contacted sallie mae regarding this issue and they didn't like the answers I provided themI can't give them something I do not currently have and they were not willing to work with what I had to offer Since the first complaint they now are sending multiple emails to me as well as the phone callsThey need to stop calling family and friends or I will pursue this issue of harassment

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below According to Sallie Mae the account which was sold to a collections agency was not sold until Nov1, I contacted Sallie Mae in the year 2016, the customer service rep did not tell me about the account at questionWhen I called them after finding out that that account had been sold I asked if there was an account manager assigned to that account because such had never contacted me regarding this accountSallie Mae is trying to cover up their mistake and making me pay for itThere are two private loans I had with Sallie Mae which are the same as the loan at question and one of them has been paid offThe same could have been done with the loan at question if the account manager who had the loan at question had contacted me regarding bringing that loan up to date Regards, [redacted]
