RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe letter states that I requested a reduced monthly payment to be no higher than 10% of my gross incomeI DID NOT REQUEST THAT as I know that is not an option with private loansI merely said, I would appreciate a reduction, whatever that amount may be because I know that you do not follow federal student loan guidelinesTherefore, Sallie Mae's offer of paying $good faith payment to obtain a forebearance is unacceptable

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was not given any options to assist me with my account I was at first told that I could qualify for income based payments that would help with my issue and set up two years worth of payments The customer advocate then called me back and suggested that I change some figures in my financial situation to help assure my income based request would better go through I went through and changed some things because she suggested I would not be approved unless I did so I was afraid not to She then called me back two days later and stated I had not been approved and there was nothing they could do to help and then hung up on me I feel she is Sallie Maes advocate not a customer advocate There was no resolution to any issue I had Regards,
