I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The phone calls are still very persistant and they are now calling family and friends and telling them they are trying to get a hold of me because I gave them permission to use my name as a reference.  I have contacted sallie mae regarding this issue and they didn't like the answers I provided them. I can't give them something I do not currently have and they were not willing to work with what I had to offer.  Since the first complaint they now are sending multiple emails to me as well as the phone calls. They need to stop calling family and friends or I will pursue this issue of harassment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The letter states that I requested a reduced monthly payment to be no higher than 10% of my gross income. I DID NOT REQUEST THAT as I know that is not an option with private loans. I merely said, I would appreciate a reduction, whatever that amount may be because I know that you do not follow federal student loan guidelines. Therefore, Sallie Mae's offer of paying $50.00 good faith payment to obtain a forebearance is unacceptable.
