I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 I have spoken with Sallie Mae on this case and they also had their partner company BarclayCardUS contact me.  BarclayCardUS was very rude and did nothing to address my issues.  Sallie Mae was understanding and conciliatory but they can not control their partner company and nothing was accomplished.  I am left in the lurch with a severely dimished program that is not what I signed up for before BarclayCardUS was in the loop. I will not be doing business with Sallie Mae or BarclayCardUS ever again and will make my feelings known to family and friends far and wide.
