I found GadgetGone through a search on the internet. I am so glad I did. There website was extremely simple to use and my interactions with them were very responsive. I was very impressed with how easy everything was and how quickly I received my funds. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I found GadgetGone by accident while surfing the internet. Out of curiosity I valued an old iPhone I had, surprise, surprise the offer GadgetGone made beat anything else I had been given. That was the hard part. GadgetGone supplied the paid address label, I shipped the phone and within 3 or 4 days I had my firm offer by email - now the best part - I accepted the offer (again by email) selected the payment option and had a check emailed within the hour. Could not have been easier or more profitable for me. GadgetGone is highly recommended.

EXCELLENT! I am a customer/consumer with high expectations when it comes to customer service, and I could not have had a better experience with communication from, specifically Valerie. She even had to contact me to offer me a lower price than quoted based on some blemishes, (that I was not aware of), making the device that I was selling less than perfect. She included some very detailed pictures of what she was referring to which was a very courteous thing to do that I have not been given from other sites I've used in the past. And although this was a (more/less) "negative" thing to have to communicate with me, I was pleased about how it was handled, and found the offered price still very reasonable.
This company was very quick to respond, and has the (I've never seen before) option to be paid via email with an eCheck!
Outstanding offers for *** products, (the best that I found); great customer service/communication; a great site that was "clean", and very easy to navigate; and I feel that this site needs to climb to the TOP of ***! I pretty much just stumbled across it because I did so much research, and digging to ensure that I really would get the best price for a phone that I loved. I did! I won! I have told everyone I know that upgrades their iPhones and iPads every time a new one comes out.

There is a fee for the PayPal payment option which cost less than $5 and was totally worth it to me. I recently sent two separate phones to GadgetGone and within a short time was offered money for them both. The website where you input the device you are selling is very user friendly. GadgetGone professionally corrected my mistakes with the devices and offered a very fair price. I accepted both and received the electronic checks in a timely manner. I printed out the checks and electronically deposited them into my account. Everything was quick, fair, and easy to do. I have recommended GadgetGone to many people since I learned of their services.

I would like to express how VERY pleased I am in my experience with the company GadgetGone. I would have to say that, at the outset, I was skeptical. My wife had an iPhone 6S Plus, where the screen would not come on. I had *** verify that the battery was working properly, and charging properly, but the display was just black - nothing. *** wanted to charge a fee to examine and determine the issue, then on top of that there would be a fee for whatever repair/replacement was necessary. We also had an iPhone something or other that my son had, where he dropped it and caused the screen to shatter. So, two iPhones - one not usable and the other barely useable due to screen shards. We searched around the web for places that we could sell our phones to. We initially looked at the usual big name players (I won't mention them here, but they are well known companies) and then we found GadgetGone. GadgetGone was offering MUCH more money for our phones, which were practically useless to us. Figuring we didn't have much to loose, we followed through the GadgetGone process of filling in info and boxing up our phones. I did have an issue with trying to print out a mailing label from the GadgetGone site. I could not bring up the label, but one of the options on their site is to have them email you a label, so that is what I had to do. So, with wrapped up phones, a box and a label I dropped off my package to the post office, wondering if this was going to go well for us. Well, it went extremely well. Having dropped off my box at the post office, I could track the shipment and know when it was delivered. I was promptly emailed by Carla that they had received my package and it had been submitted for inspection. I immediately thought, yeah great, they're going to inspect the phones and now give me some low-ball price. That was not the case. In fact, I was the one who couldn't follow directions. I had not separated my wife's iPhone from her*** account - which was clearly mentioned in the instructions. So, Cayla had to email me a few times, because it took me a few times to get the*** thing right (I'm a *** guy - have been for many years - not use to*** stuff). Once I finally got that right, they were able to complete their inspection process. Again, I'm thinking they are going to offer me some reduced price from what the original web quote was. I was wrong. Cayla verified the price, and then needed my *** account email address in order to send the payment. She said it would be done by that business day, and it was. The EXACT amount that was initially quoted to me (which was far more then any other buy back site) was the EXACT amount that was deposited into my *** account. This transaction was completed in early April 2018, and now a couple weeks later I wanted to give a review of my experience. This is not a company I had ever heard of, but I will tell you right now that I was done right by this company. They had excellent communication, they were patient with me when I couldn't do (the stupid)*** thing the first time. They paid out exactly what was initially quoted. Very quick turnover from shipping to payment. I would very highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to do future business with them again. Regards.

I would like to give a 5 star review for GadgetGone, the top notch firm that I used to sell my used cell phone. From start to finish customer service went above and beyond to help me, answering all my questions and treating me with excellence! I would definitely use them again should I have a phone to sell.

The process of selling my old Iphone 6 for cash was easy and stress free. I filled out the paperwork, boxed it, and sent it with the prepared shipping labels. A check came in the mail a couple weeks later and I was done. Would do this again.

I've used other sites to sell my devices, but GadgetGone LLC is by far the best. Their offer for my iPhone 5s was at the top of the range, and they sent the prepaid label for shipping, and then the check, quickly. I never had a need to contact customer service, but they do seem to be an organized and reputable company. I recommend them and will use them again.
