I have used a competitor in the past to sell my old smart phone, I found Gadget Gone to be very fair with suggested price and they sent me an electronic check very quickly. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Gadget Gone is great. Their web site was very good and easy to navigate. I appreciate the chance to recycle an old device instead of sending it to a landfill. And I got a check back quickly!

When I was in a position to sell a couple of iPhones I searched the internet for companies that would pay the most. During my search I located this company GADGETGONE, LLC. and this company offered me the most for my iPhones. I must admit that I was a bit Leary about sending GADGETGONE my phones , but I did. It didnt take long at all to hear from them and within two days of that I received an e-check from GadgetGone via email. I will definitely deal with this company and I would highly recommend GadgetGone to everyone.

I have to say I don't follow through with reviews as much as I should. That being said, gadgetgone stood out to me as a "Good old fashion company, focused on quality customer service..." website was simple, price quote process was simple, price quoted was better than expected in that it was about 15% more than any other company that I received a quote from... Turnaround time was as stated "a few days" and to top it off my check was about 15% more than originally quoted... that makes my final price received about 30% more than anybody else wanted to give me... Truly a five-star experience, and they deserve the review 100%... I will definitely use them again and my hope is that other people use them as well, I want to make sure they stay in business for the next time I want to sell my phones :-)

Very pleased with the attention and service I recently received from GadgetGone. I purchased a new iPhone and did not sell it to the service provider basically because I had not saved personal information to the Cloud but had backed it up to my ***. The service provider was not able to transfer my photos so I kept the phone to ensure I had all of my photos. I then had an iPhone 6+ that was no longer going to be used. I found GadgetGone and they provided prompt and efficient information to buy my phone. The process was so easy - they provided a postage paid mailer for me to send my phone to them, they quickly reviewed my phone and offered me a price that I could not refuse.
