I had a phenomenal experience with GadgetGone. I complete the online form for my iPhone 6, and mailed the old phone to the company (GadgetGone paid for shipping). I was contacted as soon as GadgetGone received the phone, and after performing an analysis was offered the price originally quoted for the phone (although I had erroneously labeled it a 6S initially). Within a few hours of the inspection being complete and my acceptance, I received the amount ($130) in my *** account. Throughout, the GadgetGone representative was helpful and informative.

Great company. They sent me the box with the shipping label and all the packing material inside of it, so I didn't need to do anything on my end. Then when they received my laptop they were clear about the amount they were offering and as soon as I accepted, they immediately sent me the payment. Great and easy to work with.

Great experience from start to finish. Although I received slightly less than the original estimate (less than $10) it was due to a few flaws that I did not see when I sent the phone. My phones were processed quickly upon receipt. I had the opportunity to refuse the new amount, but chose to proceed. The electronic check was received immediately upon my acceptance of the new price. I used GadgetGone to sell my iphone 7. They were great to work with. Easy process and quick and reliable. The only thing was my iphone was in mint condition and they found 2 minor scratches by the charging point and took $15 off the price. I accepted it because they were gonna give me more the *** stardard pricing regardless of the condition. I was a little concerned about the paper check thru email, but I had no issues with the bank at all. Great experience overall.
