Along with the rest of the group that has left reviews I to agreed to using this group for my social security disability application and have found their services, return calls and complete commitments to my case to be worthlessI cant get a return call nor call them for supportI have done all the work myselfOnce you get into the operator, she cant even transfer a call to your case worker if one truly existsI will not continue to use their servicesThis is a scam

Since SeptI have had to do a lot of leg work to keep my case movingAt on point my case was at a standstill since people in main office for Gar Disability Advocates were fired and they were short handed? Finally on March 4th my case manager Randy P [redacted] sent me an email asking for an update on case? On May 20th I sent a request asking that Gar Disability Advocates no longer represent me and release any claim for a feeI faxed a second request and have heard nothing backI was denied claim from Social Security on April 25th so my time for appeal are about upAfter days I have to start all over againI don't want this to happen to anyone else !!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I asked to be released early on when GAR was unresponsive Request was denied, with a promise they would be there in person at my appeal hearing When I thought I had gotten the appeal date from SSA, I called my GAR contact, emailed my GAR contact, called my GAR contact again, and called the GAR main line Not at any time did a get a response from a GAR person at all I've left voice mails, emails, and a promise to call me back by an automated GAR system Had this been a SSA Federal hearing I would have been in that room alone, by myself, unrepresented! Not all clients are easy, I understand, but no response at all from a service that is supposed to represent me unacceptableI once again plead to have GAR release me so I can get proper representation before my hearing (which is soon)! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Based on the information I initially received from GAR both written and verbally, I was mislead to believe that they were a court appointed representativeUpon retaining local representation for my case this was brought to my attention by my new lawyerThe statement I made with regard to GAR not doing ANY work on my case is entirely based on the documents collected by the Social Security Administration and stored in my claim fileThat claim file contains all of the all of the applications, reports, medical history and other records that pertain to my caseEven though GAR has stated work was done on my case there is no proof of that in the claim fileAll of it's contents were solicited by my local attorney during the time she was working on my caseI have since lost that representation due to the non-profit organization she worked with closing it's doorsWith that having been said I have respectfully requested that GAR submit a document to the SSA waiving their right to collect a feeIt is very unethical and frankly a dirty business practice to withdraw from a case and expect to receive a fee by manipulating the situation with statements such as "we do not waive our right to collect a fee"In layman's terms that is saying even though we have no right to any compensation on this case we know that when it is adjudicated we will receive a fee by slipping this statement into a document in which we are withdrawing from the caseNot to mention it took me over two months of phone calls, letters and pleading with GAR to withdrawThey represent themselves as advocates for individuals like myself who don't know all of the ins and outs of a disability case when in reality they are feeding on that lack of knowledge to fill their own pockets with no real entitlement to any compensationAnother great example of lawyers using the laws to the detriment of the common citizen to enrich themselvesThis Revdex.com complaint can be easily resolved by GAR simply submitting a letter to the SSA waiving their right to a fee, to which they have no entitlementBy their failure to comply I am forced to go forward with my case unrepresented because I am unable to find an attorney/advocate that will work my case and have to share the fee, in which they are entitled to the full amount, with an organization such as GAR whom has NO PROOF OF DOING ANY WORK on my case as shown in the Disability Claim File Thank you for your consideration in this matter Regards, [redacted]

I spent dollars sending this so called disability advocates all my medical records and my va history.not one phone call ever from them.they even hung up on me.and I was told to calm down.well you don't tell highly decorated marines to ever calm down.this place is a law firm.they are not advocated for veterans.I want my disability asap,not when its convenient for them.I do not trust this place at all.they have my home phone.so why have they not called?i think im being scammed.so im putting in a call to the ag of new jersey and ohio
