So far I have had a really horrible experience with this company, the first rep I had I could barely get a hold of them then I didn't even meet with them or discuss in detail my case until the morning of the first appeal, it was rejected my rep just sat there and didn't really do anything then it was sent to an appeals board they found the judge was wrong and granted a second hearing, get apparently fired all their satellite reps over the weekend and didn't let me know. So I show up to the second appeal and my new rep is not only 20 min late but he let the judge walk all over him, and now his boss I guess the actual attorney I can't even get a hold of her to find out what's going on with my second appeal , WTF!

I started my SSDI claim online, was going to go back to finish it. Immediately the next morning I received a phone call from GAR Disability Advocates thinking they were The Social Security Office they sent me a packet and I filled it out to the best of my ability. Then later found out they were NOT SSDI office. I called and called just a few days later I talked to the REAL SSDI office whom has never heard of them. I immediatly filled out a form at my local disability office that I did not want their representation. After many hours on the phone I finally got three emails on March 17th 2017 first one asking for more information at 11:39 the second email as I was trying to reach them in between an email came stating they had already filed my claim with no addional information from my Dr's visits appointments to go over my medication list as it had changed. At 1:39 that same day I got another email from someone else stating they already filed my claim. I had to ask whom was my advocate. At 5:00 that day I finally reached the person whom was to be my advocate and she stated that she would be in touch. I called and called finally reaching someone asking for my information back and to be released from a fee should I receive disability. I got a letter via email stating I would not be released even though the errors were their fault. Be aware this company is predatory still trying to resolve this issue. They stated today on the phone even if it was their error it was company policy not to waive their right to my claim should I be awarded disability.

Review: This company gained my information via malware while searching for assistance in claiming Social Security Disability. They have since called non-stop, 7-10 times a day from 6am-9pm CST. I have requested since day 1 to put me on their DNC list, as I recognized the scam after the first call. Their employees are EXTREMELY rude, often hanging up on me. Stating they have never received any request to be put on their DNC list. In asking for a member of management I again get hung up on. I am a disabled military veteran. The number of times they call each day adds additional stress to me, which is the last thing I need.Desired Settlement: This company must immediately stop contacting me via any of their phone numbers. If any further action to call me is done by this company I will take the issue to the police/FBI for continued harassment, and their involvement in a scam.

I would advise to watch this company further. If they have any further contact with me I will get the records from my carrier, and forward them on to you.Again, my name IS Tim [redacted], in their last response to you the person they indicated was a different name, so the people handling this situation on their end are quite incompetent. I like the other complaint have been receiving these phone calls. They will call 3-5 times in a row all before 7am my time. This has been going on for over a year! I have asked them to remove me from their list. Asked repeatedly Do Not Call! They have ignored this everytime. It's 5 extremely aggrivating.

I'm so disappointed with this company in every respect. They promised to contact me, but never did. I call but am put on hold for 30 to 45 minutes. This is symptomatic of a company that is either under staffed or simply hoping you'll hang up. They promised quick action for me. HA!!! I called to complain today. After 43 minutes on hold someone finally answered. They didn't seem very interested in my concerns. So the person said I needed to talk to the assistant manager Louis and transferred me. Instead of getting this person, I got the voicemail of someone else. That's when I decided to check GAR out on the Revdex.com. I'm glad I did. Wow what a bum firm. Money comes before people there. Since I can't reach the proper person, or anyone of authority, I'm announcing here: "GAR, your fired!" Period!

Has done NOTHING for me that I could not do myself. My doctor said an advocate is worthless and to get a lawyer. This has been going on for over a year and still no results
It's nothing but a huge phone bank and most of the time aI cannot even understand what my "advocate" says due to all the noise in the background and her lack of proper english

Review: On January 12, 2016 I was looking for some information on disability insurance, the company contacted me and since it was not what I was looking for I ignored the voicemail. On January 13, 2016 they called my phone nine times. I called and left a voicemail for them to stop calling me, that I didn't want to do business with them. January 14, 2016 they called and I again left a voicemail I didn't want to do business with them to stop calling me. They continue to call and leave voicemail messages and when I have tried to reach a live person I have been left on hold for over five minutes. I blocked the number but they can still leave voicemail messages. I want them to leave me alone. I don't want to do business with them and I do not appreciate the constant phone calls after I have said do not call me again.Desired Settlement: I want the business to stop contacting me. I should not have to ask more than once for a business to stop contacting me if I say I don't want to do business with them.

These people won't leave me alone. I have told them I am not interested in their services and they continue to call me constantly all day every day before 7a.m.
