I am rejecting this response because:Your company is being untruthful regarding my case - I was not contacted on a regular basis nor were any of my phone calls returned. You stated that your company, according to your records, had contacted me times. I started this claim in July and the total number of days from start to finish is days. That shows right there the committement you gave to my case - I was called times over days. Since you have records of these calls I would like to see them...the dates and times. I am requesting that you provide me these records so that I can view them myself, because I believe that is a lie, however, you should have no issues with proving the statement you made by sending these records you have

These are not calls and emails to Ms *** but calls and emails servicing the account. While Ms*** was ultimately provided a favorable decision by the Administrative Law Judge, the judge chose not to approve the fee agreement due to multiple representatives who did not individually sign a fee agreement. I am rejecting this response because:
Again Madam, GAR is apologizing for the incompetence of a subordinate in which they trained. I'm am however,  thinking that some, if not all of the things these employees do, are from the training they receive from the management or superiors of this company. I cannot imagine GAR assigning these cases to someone that has not received any training at all. Not only are these people responsible for peoples lives, but they claim to be disability experts. The superiors keep pointing the finger at an employee that didnt' do her job. The problem with the whole thing, is my case should have been handled under the Compassionate Allowance Law, which if filed properly,  the SSA has a duty to act in a timely manner to approve the case swiftly (about 2 mos. tops). GAR, while claiming to be experts, did either not know of this law, (which would clearly not make them an expert)  or they did not want to file it this way, because there is no money in it for them ( Which would clearly make them dirt bags) What has yet to be determined in this case, is why did it even get to the denial phase, to even need an appeal in the first place. Either way, it was incompetence of the superiors of this company, that by the way, love pointing fingers at someone who isn't around to defend themselves. You see Madam, the blame does not lay in the fact that the case worker did not file the appeal on time, (although that was very bad), but the blame lies in the fact that there was even a turn down to need an appeal in the first place. This company is trying to make this about something  that it isn't about at all. (An employee filing a late appeal.... an employee not doing her job). All lip service Madam. They claim to have thousands of cases going at this time, I can't imagine after doing thousands of cases, that my case would be the first one to qualify under the Compassionate Allowance Law. That is why I want people to know who they really are, which is not the experts they claim to be or dirt bags just out for the money. Maybe if they will respond to real issue here ( instead of the smoke screen),  we may keep others from having to go through the pain and suffering that I am now experiencing with all this............ In case you forgot let me remind you....I was told when the salesman was selling me they were experts, that have helped many many people get the benefits they deserve. That they were going to do everything possible to help me, but I also had to help myself. I could not work, because that would hurt my case, I could not go to school nor could I collect unemployment...Well,  I could have worked...upto $1009 a month..You see I trusted these people, because they said they were experts and their name says they are advocates...hmm was I ever wrong to do so..lets see if we can help others to make better choices for themselves on matters that are so life changing....shall we? I am rejecting this response because: The last time I talked to anyone at the company directly was in December of 2015. Someone from there tried calling me on February 8th. When I tried to return the call, all I got was someone's voice mail box. On February 19th, 2 days after I filed complaint, I received an email with the forms to fill out, on the 25th I received another email with the same forms. Since then, no one has tried to contact me. I filled out the forms and returned them on the 29th. I am trying to be understanding in this matter, but when it takes 2 months and me filing a complaint to get anyone to contact me, that is getting ridiculous. No wonder it takes so long to get approved for SSDI.
