The order was shipped and should have been there by now

We spoke to this customer on 06/14/and was informed that the plants received were dead We tried to work out an acceptable solution bu offering to reship in since this season is over with a partial refund Customer refused We will issue a refund for this order

The reship (no charge) was shipped on 06/06/ This is the second order we have sent to this customer If the customer does not want this order, refused the package and once we receive it we will issue a refund

Spoke to customer and he said he will wait until 06/to see if the order arrives and if not he will contact us

We have already responded to the Revdex.com regarding this matter We do not advertise!!! The customer received a refund of $on 03/03/but then [redacted] HAD A PHONE CONVERSATION WITH MRS W [redacted] , which she agreed to issue the balance of $ That final refund was completed on 04/04/ This matter is resolved and CLOSED!!!!Thank you,Customer Service

Customer was refunded on 07/29/

We received the customers order via the internet on or about April 25, It was processed on May and the expected delivery date...the date he should receive the plants will be the 25th or 26th of May.**

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the itemAlso the 29th of May just after I filled the report with you, I got a phone call from the company saying my money would be refunded to my account It was to have shown up in to days, Haven't received that either Sincerely, [redacted]

If the customer has still not received the plants or they have arrived dead the company can offer to reship them to them next year at no cost with some free additional items or the company will offer a refund

Customer did in fact purchase some of our trees on April 21, using our automated systemThe order was processed and charged on the 21st of April and shipped on the 23rd of AprilIt usually takes to hours for the items to be package and picked up by ***We apologize for an inconvenience or confusion but we do not charge the credit card unless we know we can deliver the product.**
