We did in fact receive the customers order in February, but because of the frost zone he resides in ( [redacted] ) we did not process his order until this monthIt is scheduled to ship out next week and he should receive shortly thereafterIf he is not satisfied with the plants or they die in transit we would reship them to his next year or offer him a refund.As to the negative reviews on the internet, people will say and have different opinions which we can not controlOften times they are baselessWe only strive to address your particular situation and will do anything we can to make it work for you.*

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I would like the record to reflect I did receive plants, but I had paid for They did offer to refund the additional payment or to send an additional plants but that would have to be next season because it was too late in the season for shipping I opted for the refund and they have done so However, since it is so late in the growing season, I am not sure they will be big enough to make it through the winter Only minimal growth is apparent at this time I would have serious issues recommending this company to anyone Sincerely, [redacted]

The items were shipped and should be there any day now

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: You have my money and I have nothing...how can I tell you if they are dead or damaged when I didn't even get them I need my money back so that I can go out and purchase the plants locally After ordering them weeks ago, [redacted] from your customer service said they will probably be dead Sincerely, [redacted]

I have tried to locate this customer in our system with their last name and zip code, email address and phone number but cannot find their account Have the customer supply their account number or invoice number so that a refund will be issued We have tried to provide a great service and product to our customers but have had some major issues with our nursery this year We are implementing new setups for in hopes that these problems do not repeat themselves
