We return all of our phone calls / emails to our customers There are times when the customers do not leave they number (we can retrieve from the message), mailbox is full, no voicemail setup, just rings and other examples of not being able to contact with the customer We were unaware that the plants this customer received were dead/damaged on arrival We can issue a reship (no charge) for the entire order The order is shipped by *** Please adviseThank you,Customer Service

A refund was issued today

The order shipped at the end of May from [redacted] and should be there any day now

We receive many calls and try our best to get back to each one but often times the customer does not answerThe order shipped and should be there any day now

Customer ordered some plants the beginning of March and they were sent the middle of March, Customer called and indicated that the plants arrived dead or damaged so the company resent the plants at no cost in the middle of AprilThey plants were sent to [redacted] ** If the customer did not receive them after the second shipment we would be happy to send them next year as the nursery is closed for the season or issue a refund if they do not wish to wait until 2016.A

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have never received the shipment and it is now June 17thThey need to supply you and myself with a valid tracking number showing this deliveredI cannot believe it took two weeks for a response like thisAll I want is my credit card refundedWhen contacted not once would they give me a tracking numberIf you or this business cannot supply me with a valid tracking number showing where I signed for this shipment by today then I will be contacting the [redacted] of my state and filing a complaint for mail fraudThe company told me it shipped 04/23/and when I contacted them on 06/15/I was told it shipped that dayWHEN DID THIS SHIP, SUPPLY ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER SHOWING IT DELIVERED SO IF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS TRUE I CAN WORK WITH THE CARRIERIf I do not receive this information by end of day I will be contacting the [redacted] of my state for mail fraud and include all this documentation showing what little was done on my behalf by your branch to solve this issueThis is unacceptable I have attached the original email I received from the company! I apologize for the delay in the customer not receiving the plants he ordered but the nursery is backloggedHe should be receiving them shortlyI can request a refund of his order once he receives and refuses the packageAgain please accept my apologies.*

customer spoke to rep and let us know that his wife received the order

Customer placed an order over our automated system and the order was shipped at the end of AprilThe address we have on file is [redacted] I noticed on the complaint form that she has a different zip code of ***If that is the case that would be a reason she did not receive the orderThe company is no longer shipping plants from the nursery this year so we can offer a reshipment for next year or a refund*

Order was never charged due to our nursery no longer accepting new orders

Like we have stated numerous times to the Revdex.com and the customer, that order for the strawberries, bananas and blueberries will go out as a reship (no charge) this year Please keep in mine that we had issued this customer a FULL refund last year for this order and are now sending this our on our dime as a sorry for the inconvenience Our company feels we have done all we can for this consumer.Thank you,Customer Service
