Hello, Thank you for your help, I received calls from the company and the product was delivered today.....thank you......please close this case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Today is 5/26/ I still have not received my order Shipping from [redacted] to [redacted] should only take business days My credit card was charged over a month ago on 4/21/! I want a refund of $ Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] dont know how they figure sending plants that are dead and put in boxes that arent protected from shipping are considered properly sent It is a shame that they choose to cheat disabled folks that trusted them to do a good job by sending their clients Live plants Apparently they feel that if you shut up and go away that they will be in the clear Apparently the fact that I sent back both dead shipments has no bearing on their conscience.They claim they have lost money and I ask how would that be since what they did ship was dead and what wasnt shipped was at no loss to them But in good faith I sent them proof of their errors at my expense is not an issue I am still hopeful that they will see the errors in their ways and will honor what they said earlier this year and send me my healthy plants in complete and then this issue will be resolved If not apparently they arent concerned that this might go on a permanent record as being unresolved I would also have to say that the folks that also complained are the ones that make companys successful by doing business with them But as customer service has said that they have many happy customers that dont complain on social media as they have put it I would like to see the list I am gonna persue this and see who else in this area might have a solution to this matter as I have gotten pictures of the condition of what this company sends out and it isnt satisfactory It is a shame they choose to hurt the little man [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As provided, I have proof that I did contact them, and that they said the plants were shipped To this date the plants have never arrived - it should be obvious by now that they were never shipped My bank has reversed the charge on my debit card, and I will expect this business to honor that reversal since I have no merchandise, and they have cleared lied about having shipped anything as well as claiming I never contacted them You have the proof that I did contact them, and I can provide further proof of the repeated phone calls I made to them that went un-returned if necessary I want nothing more to do with them; however, I will expect them not to dispute the reversal of the charge on my debit card, and they need to clearly acknowledge that before I will accept their response Thank youSincerely, [redacted]

Our policy is to issue a reship which we did We do not know why he did not receive it though Also, if the reship is not received, we issue a refund per the customer's request A refund for $(the items that were reshipped) was issued today

Customer called and advised that the items were not received so the company resent them again at no cost on or about May They should be there shortly *

Customer placed an order over our automated system and the order was shipped at the end of April. The address we have on file is [redacted] I noticed on the complaint form that she has a different zip code of ***. If that is the case that would be a reason she did... not receive the order. The company is no longer shipping plants from the nursery this year so we can offer a reshipment for next year or a refund*

We would gladly refund the money if the customer did not receive the plantsPlease confirm that as of today they have not been received

Please have customer provide account information with zip code and we will issue a refund As we have stated before, this season we have experienced major issues with our nursery on shipping which has caused extremely huge delays on shipping orders However, all orders have been shipped We do not have a tracking system with our nursery and therefore cannot provide a tracking number Our orders are shipped from [redacted] by the ***

We show no message of this customer contacting us by phone or email When a customer contacts us we return their message within hours The customer should have received the correct size and live trees Since there was a packing issue of some sort, we will issue a reship (per our policy) at no charge for this entire orderThank you,Customer Service

The customer ordered from our special buy vines and get freeHe was sent a total of vines for $and he paid for shipping of $for vines and just paid to ship the extra vinesHe was charged exactly what the advertisement stated.**

Please have the customer provide their account information so that we can look up their account and issue a refund We are not in the business of lying nor planning on scamming our customers We have had major issues with our nursery this season due to higher volume of orders that they could not keep up and had a back log of shipping We never experienced this before so we do not have a way to inform customers of this issue However, we are implementing new procedures for next year that in case of a delay on shipping customers will receive an email to inform them
