The zip code was incorrect. Will reship asap.

We have no record on this customer talking to us about their order Our policy with the live plants, is if it arrived dead/damaged than we will issue a reship (no charge) We have within the last days switched shipping carrier from [redacted] to [redacted] with tracking numbers now for better delivery of these live plants If the customer would like a reship than her order will go by [redacted] and again we mentioned she will have a tracking number Please advise Thank you, Customer Service

This customer has been very rude to all of our reps and have received shipments (which were at no charge) to date If we were a scam than we are terrible at it since we have lost lots of money with this customer since the shipments were on us We will issue a refund even thought we feel we have done all we can to help this customer

Mrs [redacted] placed her order on March 7th with Gardeners Collection and her order shipped out on March 20th and should have arrived within 10-business days Unfortunately, we were experiencing a large back log at our nursery and shipping was delayed and we have no tracking system with our nursery Mrs [redacted] should have received her order by now However, we are closed for the season but will issue a full refund today We do apologize for the inconvenience / [redacted] Style Definitions */

Due to the major delays at our nursery, the orders are shipping at a much later date However, I have issued the customer a refund today

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for contacting the Gardener's Collection on my behalf The company sent a full refund of $for my 2nd order which was received in very poor condition Some of the plants were dead, the others have no chance of producing any fruit I contacted the company again to tell them I never received the first order and to please issue a refund The purchase price for the first order was $ When I received the refund, the amount was for $ I contacted them again June 29, 2015, they agreed to remit the balance of $ It may take a few more days I will never order from this company again Very disappointed with their service and plants that were received I will let you know if and when they refund the remainder Thank you, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
