I recently work with Daniela from Executive Services to book my free night certificate with UVC. Daniela was very pleasant to work with. Great communication skills, great follow up and an overall pleasure to work with.

I interfaced with Sam (504) and he was unfailingly polite and helpful in what was a very lengthy call due mostly to your computer form which would not allow addresses from overseas. This was necessary for me/us as I was booking on behalf of my in -laws who reside in the UK.
I NEVER rate a five as that presume no improvement is possible and that is simply untrue per my statement above but certaily no fault of Sam.

My wife and I were guests of a member in Unlimited Vacation Club by AMR. Prior to going BGS did a great job in providing answers to all our question. I would like to thank Brenda J. of GBS for all her great assistance and followup. We went to the Montego Bay Zoetry. We had a great time. Professional service, accommodations and helpful staff. So great we joined the club! We are looking forward to many more trips
