I had a very good experience booking a reservation to Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana. The representative, Sam (ext 504) was outstanding. He checked several dates in many resorts for me until we found one that we were satisfied with. My wife and I along with my daughter and son-in-law are looking forward to the trip. This was the first time we used our UVC timeshare and Sam made it a great experience for us.

Christian has been the most helpful person we have worked with.

He spoke clear English, was comprehensive in all facets of the programs and how to explain it, and a good listener as well.

He should be considered a model for other customer assistance staff.

I interfaced with Sam (504) and he was unfailingly polite and helpful in what was a very lengthy call due mostly to your computer form which would not allow addresses from overseas. This was necessary for me/us as I was booking on behalf of my in -laws who reside in the UK.
I NEVER rate a five as that presume no improvement is possible and that is simply untrue per my statement above but certaily no fault of Sam.

I recently work with Daniela from Executive Services to book my free night certificate with UVC. Daniela was very pleasant to work with. Great communication skills, great follow up and an overall pleasure to work with.
