Want to thank this group a tremendous amount for helping out with a recent issue I had. I had made a mistake in double booking rooms at a resort and instead of suffering any negative consequences as could or should have happened, they supported me me and helped me out to not lose any nights / money. A shocking experience in this day and age and greatly appreciated. Sam and Jonathon were so helpful. Will certainly plan to stay again at this hotel chain to try and return the favor and show our appreciation!
