My brother and his fiancee decided to get married in Los Cabos, Mexico this spring. Excited to attend, we made the phone call as directed to set up the trip. Through several phone calls, we made and confirmed our plans. As the time drew nearer, we received a call from Isaar P. from Executive Services by GBS. I was not able to be reached for several days due to my work hours. Isaar politely continued to try to reach me, and when he did, he walked through all the steps of our trip, from verifying our reservation information, transportation to and from the airport, and even some of the information regarding our visit at the resort. He was very polite and helpful, taking time to ensure that I knew what we would need to do when we arrived, and asking if we had any questions. I feel confident moving forward that we will have no glitches with our transportation, and be able to relax and enjoy our vacation, as well as the wedding!
