OMG !!!! I have never felt so love by the people in reservation from Unlimited Vacation,which name are Miss lady , Mr Melvin and the exquisite Customer Relation from Miss Lorena , ***.
I had a brain surgery result from a gun shot and when I called originally spoke to Lady then to Melvin , last with Lorena *** with the best support, understanding and patience dealing with my slow speech and understanding.
What a great and excellent customer service so friendly, dependable, informative, professional and super understanding behond words . after I hang up with LORENA *** I cry and thanks God for themand Unlimited Vacation.
I Requested a payment plan for my reservation due to my situation and Miss Lorena Assure to discuss my situation with corporates and see if Unlimited Vacation will honor my request.
Lorena *** called before the week was finished to see how I was doing and also to Let me know that she hadn't forgot about me . FInally today I Could Say honestly they should condecorate not because they granted me , my request just Becuse her ways to make you feel special, love and respect it also Her Customer Service and also her Management Skills are MAGNIFICENT!!!!!!!!!!.
