I have been an owner since 2006,as this resort was being built. When we purchased our 2 bedroom suite we were told the beach was owned by the resort and was ours to enjoy. 2 years later they sold off 1/2 and a bar was built there ( Mangos " no peace and quite anymore"). Now they are selling the other part of our private beach to cruise ship passengers, ( lucky to get a seat on the beach these days with anyone from Casa Dorada .

In addition we have been splitting our 2 bedroom units as we were told this would not be a problem by *** when we purchased in 2006. I now pay $1600 for my maint fee this year and now they want another $410 to split this into a junior suite and a one bedroom suite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Sidney when I called Unlimited Vacations Club on August 8th, was very satisfying. She treated me very kindly, and helped me with all the processes I had to do.

My rep Hillary was very courteous and worked to find me the best accomodations.

Christian did an excellent job in dealing with my requests both for information and for reservations. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and had a sense of humour which is something I do not experience on a regular basis when dealing with agents via the telephone. He did an excellent job for your company.

I am an owner at casa dorada resort in cabo san lucas, mexico. we own a corner"royal" and a 2 bedroom "lockoff" bedroom at the resort.In the past 12-13 years, I have been able to reserve only one of these units, and "bank" the other unused unit if that was all I needed, or could get both units, if I desired. Today I was making a reservation for only the one unit, and asked to bank the unused portion, to use at a later time. I was told this option was no longer available! I Was not informed of this new policy, that I am aware of. I am not happy.

I spoke to Jennifer at ext 302. She was so very helpful and knowledgeable! She was able to answer every question I had and explained everything in detail. Being new to UVC this was very much appreciated as I've talked to others who had no idea what I was asking or how to answer my questions. I told her how much I appreciated her help but wanted to extend my appreciation to the management to let you know how wonderful she is to have on your team!

I called Casa Dorada customer service several times in the morning and received terrible customer service until my interaction with Cesar C. He is amazing, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He redeemed my experience of trying to get information and book a reservation. He didn't want me to wait on hold so long, so he investigated my request, found the information and even called me several times to reach me with his findings. He then booked my reservation, handled all my questions, gave me information about additional programs that I might be interested in and provided me with call back service so once again, I did not have to wait while he checked on my questions. He is exceptional and excellent in his work and should be training their entire staff. He should be a manager as he is far better than the other 4 reps who I spoke with earlier in the day.

I had the pleasure of working with Melvin for my last customer service call. He was polite and knowledgeable, He was able to help me with a long list of requests and was efficient and professional the entire time. I hope to have the pleasure of having him assist me with any future customer service needs

Zoetry was not an adult only facility even though it is the highest of properties of the GBS/UVC family. As early members from 2010, we expected an outstanding property and with no kids. What we saw in Montego Bay was a somewhat rundown facility in need of work. We also experienced more children there than adults. They were well behaved but we wanted peace and quiet. Now the staff was outstanding getting us what we wanted immediately. The food was also excellent as well. How this reflects on GBS/UVC is they should advertise much more clearly that Zoetry is NOT adult only.
