I called to book 3 rooms today and was assisted by Sam. He did a great job and helped me quickly book 3 rooms for my family at Secrets Playa Mujures. He said he would make a special note indicating we would like the rooms close to each other. He was professional and courteous. It was a very successful and efficient interaction

Mark was very helpful, since this is our first vacation using UVC.

Juan was very polite an explained everything we asked.

My experience with the customer service representative was an excellent one. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable about his work. He was able to point us in the right direction. I believe in my judgement he did justice to the image of his company. Excellent job.

Cesar was extremely helpful in resolving my document printing issues. He took the time to walk me through what I needed to do in order to convert and print the files that were sent so that I can bring hard copies with me.

However I would like to raise a suggestion: we own other time-share weeks in Hawaii n their procedure is user-friendly for members. We email to request for a wk, they revert within 48 hours with a confirmtion #, and with that we just call II to deposit our week. No need to wait for calls, no fuss n easy! Thanks!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience the man who assisted me went way out of his way to help me with something that was not directly related to the company. His assistance and timing couldn't have proved to come a better time. Very happy positive customer!

I called to confirm my vacation reservations tonight and Juan did a great job informing me of all the details as well as taking all of my information and finalizing all the information for our vacation.

Brenda was very helpful with answering all my questions and helping me feel prepared for my upcoming trip.

We have interfaced with GBS for more than a decade to make reservations at our time share in Cabo san Lucas. They have always been helpful and attentive and courteous. The only negative experience is that recently it has been difficult to pull down our reservation confirmation from the web site because although the web site shows that we have timely paid our annual fee, but when we attempt to download the certificate the web site says we have not paid our fee, thus necessitating phone calls to GBS to get the error corrected.

I have a very pleasant young man name Caesar in Miami office helping me with the booking of meal plan to Casa Dorada Resorts. He was courteous, polite and an asset to the Miami office. I will definitely call and ask for Caesar for any help in booking in the future.

I spoke with Greg and he was very helpful and answered all of my questions completely!
