I had a situation with a reservation that needed to be handled. Ceser was quite helpful in resolving the situation. I appreciated his patience in getting the facts and finding a resolution. .

He also explained what I can expect at the property and meet their agent for the prospective member presentation. He thoroughly answered all my questions and addressed any concerns in a completely knowledgable and professional manner. Hammurabi is a credit to this organization.

I am happy to say that I have had a great experience with GBS planning my vacation to my time share at Casa Dorada. Ceasar was very and accomodating. Everyone involved was very helpful in making sure I was able to book the best experience for my up coming vacation.
