Hammurabi Cisneros, Ambassador for Executive Service, has done an outstanding job to ensure that I thoroughly understand how to navigate the arrival process from the airport to the resort. He also explained what I can expect at the property and meet their agent for the prospective member presentation. He thoroughly answered all my questions and addressed any concerns in a completely knowledgable and professional manner. Hammurabi is a credit to this organization.

Rody has been so very helpful in modifying my contract so that I could make the reservations that I wanted to for next year. She is courteous and enthusiastic and explains everything so well. She is a tremendous asset to GBS and I will always ask for her when I call. Thank you.
