My recent phone call with Isaar P. associated with executive services by GBS did an outstanding and thorough job with completing my final vacation arrangements. He reviewed all information for correctness, made our return to airport reservation and confirmed our inbound/outbound flight information. He described who we should be looking for when we arrive at the airport holding a sign with our name on it. He provided two options for our return to the airport and booked the one I chose. I called to make a reservation today, Yanbeira was my agent, she was very helpful and patient. She helped me to resolve issues with dates and different choices. I really appreciate it. On the other hand, the reservation process is painful. Prices went up during our phone conversation which is insane to me.
