Special gratitude to Michelle F. from Unlimited Sharing Program of Unlimited Vacation Club. She knows all the resorts and all the rules related to my membership, booking and sharing. She promptly returns my calls and helps choosing the best deal under particular circumstances. She is always cheerful and courteous and positively reflects on the whole organization.

Working with Octavio was hassle free as he took care of all our needs weeks before our trip. It was a very positive experience.

Fantastic communication skills!!!!! I really appreciated the opinions and quotes sent quickly which will allow me to refer to our conversation without worrying about getting the information written wrong. Stephanie's English was great and she was extremely polite.

GBS International services our membership with Unlimited Vacation Club. We have stayed at two of their resorts so far and both were very positive experiences. We currently have a one week reservation at a third property for our immediate family (10 people in total). The GBS Reservation and Customer Services representatives have all been very helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. Today I spoke to *** and she was able to answer my questions quickly and she resolved an issue I had with our reservation. She even stayed on the phone while I confirmed I had received the new confirmation she had sent to my email, and she gave me her direct extension so that I could cal her if anything else comes up. This is great customer service.
We've had mixed results working with our contacts at the resort sites. The Member Services people at the first two resorts we visited were very good, but we've had some communication difficulties with the resort contact for our current reservation. We were told that email is the best way to communicate with our new contact, but 3 of our 4 emails have been unanswered and required phone calls to the resort and the GBS central group. The representatives that answer the main number at the resort tell us we need to talk to our Member Services contact. Once we were told there was no one working at the site with our contact's name. I called back right away and talked to a different person who was able to locate my contact. Today, when I called to follow up on the email I sent 2+ months ago and the follow-up email I sent a week ago, I was told my contact was unavailable so I asked to talk to the manager of the group. I was then transferred to the Hotel Reservation group. I was fortunate to talk to ***, who said her group did not handle the areas where I had questions, but she would find out the answers for me and send them to me by email. She was able to research my question re transportation to the resort from the airport while I was on the line and said she would follow-up with to get a reservation set up for us.

Octavio C. Executive Services by GBS did a great job!! Cant wait to return!!

Good service, answered all the questions I had, only advice would be to somehow eliminate the background noise from the other operators this was very distracting.

The customer service rep who assisted me today was excellent.

So far so good... really haven't had to reserve a time to go so hopefully it will go smoothly. Hard to give a rating when all I have done was activate my voucher. Lets see what happens when we go to use it

gosh, so patient and kind and polite and helpful. Our rep's name was "Alba" and she was FANtastic.

Sam at extension *** was great to work with. He was very helpful and understood all of my needs to change and re-book my 3 reservations at Secrets Playa Mujeres. I have spoken to him twice on the phone and he is very professional and courteous. It is almost like I have my own UVC representative.

We have been members of United Vacation Club for over four years and we have always been treated with the utmost personal attention. We have taken 12 trips with GBS club and are planning two more trips soon. My Shared Club representative, Michelle F., has always been most helpful with any questions I have and have called me promptly to answer questions. She has gone above and beyond any rep I have done business with and consider her my friend.

Mark was the young man that helped me plan my vacation. He explained the parts I was not quite sure how they worked .

Fast polite service from Cesar!

Andy was a great service rep! He was competent, professional, and answered all my questions effectively.
