I decided to book a trip and go away in 2 weeks, so not a lot of time to plan. I am a member of Unlimited vacation club and called to see if they could help with reservations since I was not able to find availability on the website. The woman who answered the phone walked through many different scenarios with me and did the research to find the best deal for me and my family. It was so worth the call, and she was nice to spend the time with me on the phone to help me book this last minute vacation at a great price!

I asked them to honor their guarantee of 25% off the best advertised rate, but because I originally booked 4 nights and then added a 5th, they couldn't honor a price match of 5 nights; they had to do it as two separate bookings which was significantly more expensive. Sam did try to find a way to save me a little more money and spent a lot of time with me making that happen.

She has helped me get great pricing for my family and helped tremendously with all the questions we had for her about our good friends using the Unlimited Sharing program. I spoke with one of your customer service reps, Cesar, regarding a billing matter. He was courteous and helpful undertaking to research the matter. He retrieved historical information from my file, but was unable to reach a management representative to pursue the matter. Nevertheless he represented your company professionally and respectfully.

I recently booked a vacation with GBS and was very satisfied with the experience. I was assisted by *** (Ext. *** who helped me get the best possible deal. I explained to him that I had found a better price at a third party travel website and he assisted me in sending him a screen shot so he could verify. He then was able beat the price by 25% and took care of the booking in a very timely manner.

GBS was very helpful in sorting out our reservations and they even helped problem solve a car rental issue. Definitely service above and beyond
