We have used Cooke's service since the early '80's for all our septic-related issues Their service has always been excellent and we have been extremely satisfied Recently, our leaching field failed, and Joseph Acame out to investigate, assess the situation, and arrange repairs He is extremely professional and was very helpful is setting up the necessary repairs The work should be completed in 3-weeks, and we will input an update to this review at that time
Very Professional Noticed our drains were backing up and placed a call to Cooke's Plumbing at 7:30PM They took my call and said someone would be out in the AM Received call by 8:in the morning and Joe Showed up by 9:AM Joe determined the problems and advised the cost, we accepted and he then had a truck here by 9:30AM Job was completed within an hour Milton was the technician on the truck They both were professionally dressed, very friendly and knew what they needed to do I would recommend these folks to anyone needing Plumbing services

Very prompt and professional We called last night advising it was not an emergency but needed to have septic tank pumped out, and they were here by 9:AM this morning There were dressed professionally which was a pleasant surprise and they were quick in determining the problem and quote They had a truck come within the 1/hour and completed the job within an hour Would highly recommend to anyone needing Plumbing service
I would recommend Cooke's to anyone who needs septic work done [redacted] was knowledgeable and very professional I hope if I ever have another problem that he is available It made me so happy and relieved to have someone look out for me, the customer
Mike came out on Satto clean the filter in my septic tank,he was on time ,very polite and had a lot of good informationI will definitely use cook's next year and ask for Mike
Tobi came to our home for an evaluationHe was extremely helpful and didn't hesitate to go out of his way to help us understand the problem, and teach us how to fix/prevent it in the futureHe even went back out to his truck and gave us a tube of the proper caulk for the joball without charging us a pennyGood luck trying to find anyone else nice enough to do that these days! He's definitely earned my business in the future!
Okay, so we have all read the reviews and we know that Cooke's is probably more expensive than "the other guys" But seriously, is this an area that you want to trust to just anyone??
From the moment we called them to the completion of the job, all involved were professional and courteous We had a unique situation and the whole team worked together to make sure our problem was fixed A special shout-out to Joe G who worked like a trooper in the plus degree heat with no complaints
