Dan was extremely professional and courteous. We had our septic pump go bad right before the Memorial Day weekend. After inspecting our system, Dan made some suggestions for a more functional and durable set up. Despite running into weather and other issues he persevered and got us situated on budget and in time for the weekend festivities. Tanner is very knowledgeable about his job! he answers all questions with confidence. & honesty. he Knew what he could do & could not. as far as code.he was kind, very well mannered, & I was very pleased with his work & knowledge. he was also very efficent & cleaned up after he was done. you could barely tell anyone had touched our yard. I would recommend him to be promoted for his professionalism. yet compassion to the customers. his honesty is just one of his great qualities. he is a great asset to your company!
A friend was having problems with his drain, the poor guy couldn't speak a word in english, so he called me to help explain the problem to tech, come to find out Mr Pedro A. the tech that arrived, in fact spoke português, now he know who he's going to refer to his português friends, multilingual is a big plus.
Cooke's employee Tobi came out less than an hour after I called for service.He was very pleasant & knowledgeable about the problem I had.The work was done well and I am pleased with the results.Cooke's has always been my first choice.They are reliable & fast.Thanks to Tobi for solving my problem & giving me information to address any future issues.
Pedro was able to come the same day and resolve our issue. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Very impressed the way he was able to find and dig the access hole with little upset to the lawn.
I'm writing this review in response to the great service I received from Cooke's Plumbing and more specifically the team that resolved my issue (Joe A, Milton, Gary and DJ). Very quick response time. Situation was addressed in a professional manner. Representative was informative and very nice to work with and treat their customers with respect. I am extremely happy with the level of service that was provided and I feel more at ease knowing Cooke's Plumbing will be servicing all of my plumbing and septic needs.
Tobi and dan 33 have been very helpful, very patient thru this whole mess. Answered all my questions. Would differently welcome them back for any plumbing job.
Very prompt and professional. We called last night advising it was not an emergency but needed to have septic tank pumped out, and they were here by 9:00 AM this morning. There were dressed professionally which was a pleasant surprise and they were quick in determining the problem and quote. They had a truck come within the 1/2 hour and completed the job within an hour. Would highly recommend to anyone needing Plumbing service.
I have been using Cooke's Septic for a few years. Today I had a major back up issue. Milton was the driver/pumper that was assigned to my service call. He provided exceptional customer service. He did a good job; he took his time to ensure that the job was done properly. Thank you Milton and Cooke's for such great service.
Very Professional. Noticed our drains were backing up and placed a call to Cooke's Plumbing at 7:30PM. They took my call and said someone would be out in the AM. Received call by 8:30 in the morning and Joe 95 Showed up by 9:00 AM. Joe determined the problems and advised the cost, we accepted and he then had a truck here by 9:30AM. Job was completed within an hour. Milton was the technician on the truck. They both were professionally dressed, very friendly and knew what they needed to do. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing Plumbing services.
Just had a pump out, which was overdue. Technician Joe95 and operator Milton were real pros. Joe was very thorough in explaining all of the options and really made sure that I understood how everything worked. They were both good guys, too. We used Cooke\'s to install our septic system many years ago and they\'ve always been great to deal with. We\'re moving to a smaller house soon and I expect to be using them there as well!
