I accepted his solution, including pricing, after which he wasted no time in getting the job done, including addressing a minor side issue. His work was completed that same day, before 5 PM.
He cleaned up the work site, leaving no debris behind.

Tobi from Cookes was very professional and on time. He listened to my concerns and offered great suggestions to help me find an economical solution to my water issues. Highly recommend.
I found out that the amount charged was over $200 more than what other companies charge for the same work. When I contacted the company, they would not return my calls. In my message, I asked that since I was a long time customer that they should refund $100.
We were very pleased with the service we received from Tobi. It was a much bigger job then I think we or Tobi realized, but he explained and walked us through everything he needed to do. When I called Cooke's Plumbing & Septic Service with my problem, they came to my house the same day. Dan was my service man and he was very nice and very professional. He had to dig up my flowers to get to the septic tank and when he was done, he replanted them. I would definitely recommend them!!

Recently, our leaching field failed, and Joseph A. came out to investigate, assess the situation, and arrange repairs. He is extremely professional and was very helpful is setting up the necessary repairs. The work should be completed in 3-4 weeks, and we will input an update to this review at that time.
