I recently used Cooke's Plumbing & Septic Service. Tobi W., Senior Technician, was at my home before 8 AM as I had requested an early appointment because of an afternoon commitment. He was very courteous, fixed my plumbing problem and took the time to thoroughly explain what he did to fix the issue. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would welcome Tobi to be my technician.
I would recommend Cooke's to anyone who needs septic work done. [redacted] was knowledgeable and very professional. I hope if I ever have another problem that he is available. It made me so happy and relieved to have someone look out for me, the customer.
Not sure Is doing this right so I went with this. Called Cooke's for What I thought was a full septic tank. Tobi and His Apprentice Tobi Came out. We went through the normal Questions and starting digging for the Tank Opening. .Tank Level was Fine, I have a cottage further back from he house, That was the Issue. More digging By Tobi. Found Roots IN rubber Connection from Cast to PVC. He cut the Line and water came from both directions. He Knew we had a further issue. He ran the Pressure hose down the Long pipe to tank about 40' or so. There was a Clog in the line. Continued to wash Pipe wish Pressure washer and Clog finally let lose. Saved me the Cost of Pump Out. Great Employee and Great Teacher for His student. Ashley and Donna are Great As well. Was Not Able to Afford this. worked out arrangement For Payments. Thank You So Much. A Company that Cares. Thank You
I had an emergency clog and back up in my bathroom toilet. I called Cooke's and was told they would be out between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Joe arrived at 2:00. He easily found and dug up my septic tank. He both showed and explained to me the problem. He detailed for me all my cleaning options and the work, warranties, etc. that were available to me. Once I decided the truck arrived within 10 minutes and the entire job was completed in another 20 minutes. They were on their way and I had a clean and power washed septic system. Joe was the technician, and Claudio was the man with the "super sucker" expertise. My interaction with this company and their representatives was all positive.
Mike and Fabio did a terrific job on our septic problem at our office AND on a weekend! Arrived on time, assessed the problem in detail, and resolved it in a short time and reasonable cost as well as covering future prevention. Great job guys and thanks
