Cooke's Plumbing performed excellent drain cleaning service Their technician Joe Garrived early in the timeframe which was agreed upon between myself and the dispatcherAfter investigating my drainage situation, we discussed his action plan and we agreed on a priceHad we not come to an agreement, there would not have been a charge Joe G worked efficiently and effectively to clear my drainage systemEven though I had a set price, I'm happy to see work being performed in a timely mannerShows pride in skills and respect for employerI am completely satisfied with the work done

My experiences with Cooke's were outstanding From the initial calls all the way through the project, their service and professionalism were superb The lead tech for my job was Tanner I was very nervous going through this whole thing since nothing had been required for the system over years since the house was built Tanner explained everything involved and the job was done Milton showed up with the truck and the whole job was done in short order The thing that amazed me most was how how clean the site was and it looked totally undisturbed when they were done Great job Tanner and Milton! I would highly recommend Cooke's based on my outstanding experience
