Tobi W. Was fantastic!! He arrived on time and immediately explained to me all that he would inspect before he began pumping the septic. He went above and beyond explaining to me all of my options that I had. From a new cap on the system, to how I may have a leak in one of my toilets, to teaching me how and when to add bacteria, he was patient and very very professional. I will definitely be calling Cooke's in the future!!

I have used Cooke's for over 25 years. My service tech, Tobi and tech Dan33 were awesome. All my questions were answered and explained. They are very pleasant and professional.. I called and they were able to come out the same day. I was given different pricing options , and the job was completed the same day.( The only thing I don't like is the new eyesore cover sticking out in my yard, I liked it when you couldn't see it, but I understand why the new cover). I plan on using Cooke's again when it's time to replace my water heater. I can trust this Co. to do the job right and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Called for septic issues and they sent Patrick out to my house in less than an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and called Claudio to come with a pump truck. Together they cleared the line and pumped the tank to quickly resolve the problem. Thank you Patrick and Claudio! Thank you Cooke's! These two deserve a raise!
