GNC.com.  We have done some research into Mr. [redacted] complaint, and found that order number [redacted] was purchased at the quantity 6 for $60.00, lowered by the representative from the original price of $90.00.  The order was placed as one sale ended and the other began. The first sale of the day was 2 for $30 and the second sale was a BOGO at $22 per pair. Mrs. [redacted] (who purchased the products) was charged $6.00 less by GNC using the closest possible promo we have to match the price without charging the customer more than they should have paid. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have been refunded, and GNC’s Customer Service representatives have left voice mailings for both, and we hope for a contact back from both parties to meet their needs and to help make their experience with GNC run more smoothly for their next orderings.    Live Well GNC Legal Department
