Review: I bought a GNC Women's Ultra Mega 50 Plus - Twin Pack last December from the online store of GNC. It has about 4-5 month servings in total(2 bottles). This was a birthday gift for my mom. She just about to start eating them recently but she found that these supplements should be eaten by 05/14! They have already expired now. How can GNC sell a product which is only 5 month to expire! I tried to contact their customer service to ask for a refund. They refuse me only because it exceed their 30 day return policy. This is not about a product I don't want and want to return, this is about a product sold to me and almost approaching it's expire date! I think I have the right to ask for a refund because of the quality problem of the product I received. The order number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: Refund

Valued GNC Customer:

Review: GNC sells nutrition products. I ordered Tart Cherry Concentrate @$9.99 plus s&h and tax. I received a box full of paper, no product, but a membership card. GNC charged my account $14.23: $9.99 for the membership card, $3.99 shipping, 0.25 tax = $14.23. They responded to my email asking where is the Cherry Concentrate, GNC stated I had not ordered this product, that I had ordered the membership card which is $9.99. I asked for $14.23 refund. GNC replied they would refund $3.99 shipping and $0.25 tax, but not $9.99 because membership card cannot be returned; however, "now that I am a memberI can order the Tart Cherry Concentrate at special price of $9.99." My response to GNC was that this is a questionable business practice, that their web site is misleading, that it did not state I had to order a membership card to buy this product, and to cancel my so-called membership card. Also, I am reporting this matter to the Better Busines Bureau.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the $9.99 they charged for a membership card. They claim that is what I ordered. Their web site did not state that I had to be a member to order their products. I gave them my credit card info, which they used to charge $14.23. If I had ordered a card, it is strange that they packed a large box with paper and put the card in the bottom. Cards are sent in an envelope and postage costs 46 cents, not $3.99. This is a phony business practice. Thank you.

Review: I've placed the order and in less than 10 mins I realized the address is incorrect, GNC sent it to my old address where I have no way to get it, so I called customer support right away to either cancel the order and reorder it or have them change the address, then customer Rep refuse to help me either cancel or change the address, this is only after 5 mins of placing the order online, customer Rep told me they will ship to the wrong address without correct the address for me and I have to pay for it. what kind of online system is this?Desired Settlement: I want to GNC to correct my address and ship the items to my current address!!

Review: Hi! I bought 4 bottles of fish oil in GNC online. I placed my order in July 31, but until August 5, it is still back-ordered. I have contacted with GNC several times, but they cannot tell me when my order will be shipped. In addition, just several minutes ago, I found my order was cancelled. I have told GNC my credit card had some problems and I won't cancel my order. I think GNC's service is so rude.Desired Settlement: I just need GNC to revoke the cancel of my order and ship my order immediately.

Review: Some probiotic capsule I've bought from GNC are moldy before EXP date

My GNC account is [redacted]

I've placed an order#[redacted] from www.gnc.com on 4/25/2015,total price $873.41,paid by AE card end 7198.I've just open it few days ago,but some capsule are moldy and smell like alcohol. The EXP on box are 05/2016 and 08/2016.So I contact with GNC to claim for refund. But GNC customer service said"Unfortunately we are unable to process a return for a product outside of our 30 day return policy. "They don't want to solve any problemDesired Settlement: I want GNC refund and apologize, when their products appeared quality problem, they should actively solve it but not pass the buck

Review: Purchase some protein shake from GNC.COM . Paid for TWO day shipping.. I called customer service when I got the This Item has shipped email.. Went to fedex website and it said "label Created " the item still hasn't shipped. Customer Service tells me they have a screen that only they can see and it has shipped and will be delivered by the 12th. I explain to them that FEDEX themselves have told me they do not have the product. Gnc states they have a screen that shows them they do have it and it will be here on the 12th..... Morning of the 13th the product still isant here. I called and they proceed to tell me it has shipped and it will get here when it gets here... I tell them yet again FEDEX hasn't received it yet and that I just want my money back so I can go into the store and purchase as this is obliviously too much for them to ship on their own terms.. The agent refused to refund as the order has shipped... Im tired of the lies from them.

Order Number: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund. I am tired of GNC.COM lies ... I would also like an apology for being treated like I was stupid... Not all consumers are.....

The customer states that they paid for 2 day shipped, but the customer actually had free shipping on the order. He did use his shoprunner account. We did go ahead and credit the customer in full for their order on 9/16 in the amount of $29.99. This issue is resolved.

Review: Online coupon was not credited, asked for a credit. Gift card was sent with a ZERO amount on it. Incident started 11/11/14. Keep getting run around

On 11/11 I placed an order in which I did not receive credit for the birthday promo email I received. Customer service told me they would refund the $10.67 on another gift card, which I received AFTER being told that I hadn't used the promo code soon enough. 11/11 was my birthday. I attempted to use today and there is ZERO amount available. Here is the card number: [redacted] After multiple emails, I am no closer to getting the refund than I was over a month ago. Because of that, I have requested a refund on the two year membership I purchased in October 2014, as GNC does not seem to give a crap about their customers.Desired Settlement: I would like the $10.67 that I initially requested IN ADDITION to a refund for the two year membership I purchased in October 2014. This was the first time I had used the membership. The cost is $15/year.

Review: The location for GNC I entered isn't correct. My issue is with GNC.com but I was uncertain how to select it. I believe their national HQ is in Pittsburgh, PA.I placed an order online with GNV and received a confirmation number - Your order has been confirmed. Order Number: [redacted] Shortly afterwards the order was cancelled. GNC said they cancelled the order because they were out of stock. GNC said I would have to enter a new order if I wanted the product and pay the price applicable at that time, if I still wanted it.I believe the product I purchased (Triflex) was priced too low. I believe they cancelled the order because they didn't want to deliver the product at too low of a price. I have an order confirmation and I believe they should fulfill their obligation to me and complete it.Desired Settlement: Complete my order as they originally agreed.

Response:

Thank you for contacting the Revdex.com.

We are able to honor the promotion, however you would have to place a new order. We can assist in order placement and use codes as needed to honor that original promotion.

Please accept our apologies for the cancellation of your order, number [redacted]. Unfortunately, we are temporarily out of stock in the GNC Triflex. Once an order has been cancelled it can not be reinstated. A new order will need to be placed at the current promotional pricing. Due to manufacturer's schedules, we are unable to provide estimated arrival times for product replenishments unless otherwise indicated on the website. Please periodically check back with us to see if we are carrying the product you inquired about.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. We can be contacted 24 hours a day at [redacted]. We can also be emailed at [redacted]. Thank you again for contacting GNC.

Review: I returned an item purchased with a credit card. I was FORCED to provide my driver's license number before the return could be completed. It is now in their database.Desired Settlement: I want my driver's license number removed from their database. I want written confirmation that this task has been completed.

Review: On 12/29/14, I wasn't able to apply a 15% off promo code at checkout online because of some technical issues, so I called a customer service rep. and she said to go ahead place the order and she will credit back the 15% of my order to my card. And she said it would take 3-5 business days for it to show on my account. On 01/09/14, I didn't see anything so I called GNC and the lady said the refund status was still open but she would rush it for me. Okay. Holiday season... I called them again three days later to check on the status, I requested to talk to a supervisor and she said the refund department was closed when my refund request was sent in but she WILL make sure it's processed on that day and send me a confirmation email. So... Today is the 14th of January, I chat with an online customer service rep and she told me it is still open. Just figured out GNC people have been lying to me from the beginning. At least give me a time window when the refund will be handled but nope. Every time they'd tell you I've put in a request to expedite the refund for you. And nothing will happen after that.Desired Settlement: Give me my deserved credit back ASAP.

Review: I placed an order with GNC on 04/15/13 (Order#: [redacted]) using the 2nd day shipping option, but I didn't receive it until 04/22/13. When I contacted customer service to request for a refund of the shipping fee ($15.43), they insisted that the order was delivered within the appropriate time frame. They told me that orders take 1 to 2 business days to be shipped and 2nd day shipping takes 2 to 3 business days to be delivered. This is ridiculous, I am an [redacted] prime member, and I receive all my orders on the 2nd business day after I place the order, that is called 2 day shipping! In the order confirmation email from GNC dated (04/15/2013), the shipping method was cleared stated as "Second Day, 2-3 business days". But on the shipping confirmation email dated (04/18/2013), the shipping method was "UPS Standard Ground". I think GNC is not only playing tricks with words but also changed my shipping method from "2nd day shipping" to "UPS Standard Ground" without notifying me. Thank you,Miao ZhangDesired Settlement: Full refund of shipping fee.
