Review: I bought this GNC triflex 120 Caplets, Item #281322, in this summer (year 2014). After taking 3 Caplets a day as instructed on the bottle, my blood pressure went to to 120/230. I was then hospitalized for three days. The doctor told me it was a life threatening situation.Later I found on the specific product website, there was a negative review indicating blood pressure issue by some other consumers. I made screenshots. Also, I added my review as well. Now, if you go to the same product webpage, all negative reviews are gone! I can provide my screenshots in October 2014 if any part is interested.My complaints:1. This particular product by GNC:GNC triflex 120 Caplets, Item #281322, causes my blood pressure in creased to a life threatening level. I was hospitalized. I called GNC, no one is following up the case.2. Review: When I submit orders [redacted], I received a GNC web site email, he meant I order to pay credit card bank to refuse payment, payment failure. So I replaced the other credit card and submit the order of [redacted], then pay a success, later received a confirmation of order GNC web mail. But four hours later, I received a bank about [redacted] orders for the payment information. I'm with the bank confirmation, the bank said GNC site re launched the verification of payment authorization, and has authorized. Later I received two orders of the delivery of mail, two orders of the banks have deduction. GNC and I were contacted, have no reasonable explanation. I can't understand the GNC website has email confirming my payment failure, but I use another credit card payment does not agree with me again for payment verification, and forced two orders, cause I will pay two agreed goods.Desired Settlement: I am in the Chinese passenger, goods have been issued, please forgive my return not directly, I need them to give a reasonable explanation, and I repeat orders for payment, thank you.

Review: On May 6, 2014, I purchased the GNC series products, May 8, 2014 to send (order no. [redacted]), use fedex Smart Post delivery (tracking ticket no. [redacted]), the service will eventually by the local USPS delivery, tracking shows delivered on May 14. But I have not received the parcel. I have already contact fedex and GNC dozens of times, mutual shuffle, let me find each other to negotiate to solve the problem. I later learned, is don't need to sign for package, this may lead to lost. I strongly request make up for my loss, so many days of negotiations, I exhaustion of body and mind. 20 days since I have 15 with GNC E-mail exchanges. But I have always been a useless answer. For example, "The order was shipped via FedEx tracking# [redacted] and was delivered by The USPS on 5/14/2014 at 4:32 PM. Deliveries completed by USPS do not require a signature." "On our records, this order was shipped correctly in full. If there is an issue, you will need to file a claim with the freight company. " "Please accept our apologizes; we are unable to reship or credit you account for this order. Based on our records, this order was shipped correctly in full. If there is an issue, you will need to file a claim with the freight company. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. " I contacted with GNC and express company many times (dozens of emails), their mutual shuffle. No matter how do I request and explain, GNC always let me contact the Courier company, Courier company and always let me contact GNC, I wasted a lot of time and energy for this purpose. Distance I buy time already for a month, I still have not received my parcel.Desired Settlement: Actually I don't ask for a refund, I hope I can help me find my package, and not let myself go to! If you cannot find me, please give me a new delivery.

Review: I received an e-mail advertisement from GNC advertising a 30% off sale on selected items. On the page advertising the sale is a picture of their 100% Whey Protein powder product, clearly advertising that this product is included in the 30% off sale. However, when you click to the page to buy this product, you are told that it does not qualify for the 30% off sale. This is clearly false advertising. I would gladly forward the advertisement to you if you will tell me how to do that. I would like to have GNC honor the 30% off sale for the products pictured in the 30% off advertisement. Review: I had purchased a item order # [redacted] and notified them I never received it. they had me a file a claim on tracking # [redacted] with fedex. so I did. fedex told me they lost the package to contact them directly and I did. Review: Hi, I placed an order #[redacted] ($99.96) on GNC.com Nov 25th and this order has been shipped. I placed another order #[redacted]6 ($45.98) with the same items as the order #[redacted] ($99.96) on Nov 26th and only "TRIPLE FISH + PHYTOSTEROLS, 60 CT" has been shipped, while "TRIPLE FISH W KRILL, 60 EA" has been cancelled. Then I called the Customer Service Department ([redacted]) in early Dec 2013 to honor me the refund of the difference $53.98 between these two orders. I was told GNC would contact me within several days about this price match problem. Review: A short time ago, I purchased a significant amount of vitamins and supplements from the GNC store at [redacted]. The GNC employee asked me to donate $10 to a charity that GNC was soliciting donations for and I donated the requested $10. I was told that I could receive a $10 credit for my visit to GNC the following month. I had difficulty getting this credit applied to a purchase at the GNC in Perry, Georgia so I called the GNC Corporate Office. I was sent a $10 Customer Service Coupon (Number 23117) for use for a future purchase. Today, I went to the GNC [redacted] at [redacted] and spoke with [redacted]. I went to this store to purchase the GNC Diabetic Vitamin Packs for my manager at work and Turmeric Curcumin for myself. I spent $104.29 today but was unable to use my GNC coupon. The coupon had expired on 07/31/2014 and so she called ###-###-#### and the person that answered the call at the GNC Corporate Office refused to authorize the use of the Customer Service Coupon, stating that I had to send it back to the corporate office, but I was never given an address to send it to. GNC Corporate personnel have issued new coupon numbers over the phone to a GNC store employee in the past, but it appears that GNC is deliberately being uncooperative with GNC customers. I told [redacted] that I would shop at The Vitamine Shop store down the street from now on and that GNC had lost a customer (I have been a Gold Card customer for about 30 years). The GNC Corporate employee stated that she did not care if I ever shopped at GNC again (I heard this over the phone) and this shocked me. It appears that GNC does not care about retaining customers because an agent for GNC actually said that! I went ahead and made my purchase today, but it will be my last purchase from GNC.Desired Settlement: I would like a check for $10 mailed to me so I can go to another nutrition store and buy my vitamins and supplements from a company that actually wants my business and is willing to treat me in a fair and ethical manner. I would also like the $15 refunded for the recent renewal of my GNC Gold card. This is a total of $25. Thank you.

Review: After receiveing an email from gnc offering a great deal on some product I wanted, 2 days later, I was emailed my order was cancelled, when I called customer service, they tryed to get me to replace the order for a higher price. The did not and would not honor the orig discount price.Desired Settlement: I would like the product at the price that was offered to me.

Review: I recently purchased products online at GNC.com When reviewing my bank statement I saw I was double charged for the order.When I called customer service I was told the practice was to charge the credit card when they received the order to put a "hold" on the funds and to bill the credit card again when the product shipped. They said the "hold" would be released in 5 to 7 business days.I find this practice of floating the use of money while I no longer have use of the money dubious at best and not sure of it's legality. I am sure many consumers are unaware of the practice of double charging so they can use the money for several days.I am contacting you to see if this is a legal business practice.Desired Settlement: Would like to know if this is legal and if not have GNC notified or point be in the direction of who should be contacted next.If it is only unethical I'd like some pressure put on GNC to stop the practice.

Review: I purchased an Item a month ago it was a prework called c4, when I tried to return it on the 6th of October which made the 30th day the employee told me I wasnt able to because I didnt have a receipt. But, because I purchased it with my credit card so I know for a fact that it would still be in the system, and she couldve easily used my card to look up the transaction. She told me she wasnt going to look for it in the system because she couldnt. She then told me to login to my online banking and find the transaction which I did so that I could return the item that way. After showing her the transaction she told me I still wouldn't be able to return it. Ive been to numerous businesses in the past where Ive paid with my card and they were able to find it in the system by using my credit card. Now Im stuck with an item that I cannot use because she wouldnt let me return it. I will be going to the Revdex.com if this situation isnt taken care of. I am a loyal customer to gnc and I find it unacceptable for someone to deny my return. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT GNC AGAIN.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the C4 product that I've paid for and wasn't allowed to return.

Review: I ordered a supplement from their online store that is no longer in stock. They sent me a letter (With a $5 coupon to placate me) stating that I would receive my refund. When I didn't receive it after 2 weeks I called back.There was some confusion on their part as to whether I would receive a paper check or a credit back on my card. After more than a month passed without receiving neither a check or a credit, I called again (I was very upset at this point.), only to be told that I had already had my refund credited back to my Debit card. I called my bank to confirm what I already knew to be untrue; I had yet to receive the credit to my account. Every time I call they tell me I have ALREADY been paid, but they can provide me with no proof of such payment. I believe that this is a blatant attempt on GNC's part to just NOT refund money to customers. I believe they are hoping I will just say, "It's only $55.98, he'll eventually just stop calling." NOT!!!! I would now like a paper check sent to me, PLUS a formal letter of apology for the COMPLETE 'Run-Around'!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the form of a paper check, plus a formal letter of apology.

Review: I ordered a number of vitamins on the online system of GNC. Once I placed the order I was given a total amount that was due of $97. I didn't save the page because anywhere I've ordered from provides a summary in email to me and the amounts always match. In this case I received an email shortly after with a total of $118. I immediately called to confirm and was told by the customer service agent that they could discount my order. After waiting awhile, I was then told that they couldn't discount the order, and that the member pricing wouldn't be available to me until a week or so later even though the website showed the member pricing.

When I told the rep to cancel the order all she could do was put a note on the order that I want to cancel it. I was confused because I had just placed my order less than an hour before. Unfortunately the rep couldn't do anything further for me.

I refused the package when it was delivered and now two weeks later I just received an email that my return has been processed. But, instead of refunding me the $118 originally charged, they tried to refund me $97. I immediately called and spoke with a new rep. He supposedly resolved the discrepancy, and seemed confused as to why there was a difference. He stated that I had paid for my membership and then stated that I was paying shipping. I told him that I shouldn't be paying the membership or shipping. After being put on hold awhile he came back on to tell me that he fought for me and got me my full credit.

At this point I will no longer do business with GNC online. I do not trust them and find their pricing, cancellation and return practice disgraceful and unethical.Desired Settlement: I want to ensure that I get the full refund of my order and not the lesser amount.

Review: I have received the product with original package from GNC warehouse but when I opened two of bottles and found some capsules were broken that caused the whole bottle was polluted. There wasn't any protective infillings in the box when GNC delivered the package . And most capsules in the bottle were leaked .Desired Settlement: The business can take the responsibility of unqualified product and poor package, refund the money.

This is totally cheat, promise refund then declined, and also this is unfair to me. I paid the money, and received nothing. And they said that is not their responsibility. Review: I ordered a Gold Card. It was in my Basket/Cart. I was not charged for it and it was not included. I ordered GNC vitamins and fish oil. I received Creatine powder. I called back and spoke to a supervisor named Paul. He apologized and said he would reship them and I would get confirmation in my email. I have NOT received and confirmation! Review: I purchased a GNC Gold Card because in store, the representative told me that it worked online. I attempted to use it online and it did not work. I went to 2 locations to attempt to remedy the situation and neither representative could assist me. They were clueless. I called the help desk and they said "Well sometimes that happens." Not "I can help you" or "sorry to hear that" just "That happens" Still no solution. The card cannot be returned and according to "help" desk, it cant be activated. I spent the money and got nothing in return.Desired Settlement: I want either a full refund or for the card to be activated for online purchases.

When I took her to the shelf to show her the correct price advertised for the product, which was the price I've paid for the product in this store on many occasions, she simply said, "It's the wrong price." I purchased 3 of the Herbal Plus Gingko at GNC.com, but the test showed negative: "No gingko biloba DNA was identified." I contacted the customer service and they refused to refund me for those products I purchased.Desired Settlement: An official apology. A complete list of the [REAL] ingredients in the product.
